Business Lines.. I Had no signal, i couldn't connect to the internet, received or send emails. no Pictures. the worst.... and i was in 3 year contract owning a large bill. never gave me credit nor discount for paying and not getting service. Customer service the worst in the planet, somewhere on the other side of the continent. not a clue on how to solve a problem at a point they will hag up the phone on me. i was always polite trying to get a solution or give them the phones back and be out of the contract. never Happened....also i had very bad internet at my home week signal and bad connection. this Year i changed to At&t they paid my phone balances i have very good internet and signal. my bill it's less than $200 for 5 Business lines.. i was paying a lot more at Verizon. and the worst Phone Company i ever had. Scheduled an appointment and did something that happens rarely in Miami, they were here on time! They worked efficiently and kept me in the loop at all time. I was actually missing a cable and they came by two weeks letter to install it without charging extra. They ran coax underground for about 40 feet, ran audio and coax along my pergola, connected outdoor speakers, mounted a 65 inch tv and connected everything to a Sonos connect amp. Did a custom install of the amp. These guys can do it all and at a very reasonable price.
