I felt fortunate to get the actual manager of the store for my customer service needs. I told her what I wanted, gave her my ID and address.She put the info in the computer and said "You are approved". Great,got everything set up and decided to change phone service as well to get the "Free" promotion, walked out of the store confident that we had been told solid and correct information....BOY were we wrong....what the Manager of the neglected to tell us even though I was "approved" in the store by the manger that Spectrum head offices would take 2 months to determine my eligibility for the ACP program and during the time we would be paying full price for both the phone and internet services AND to make things worse Spectrum NEVER gives credit or refunds after the corporate offices determine my eligibility two months later even though THEIR manager "approved" me day one in the store. Spectrum has found a way to take advantage of people like me, disabled,and get away with it. I have filed a complaint with the FCC for Spectrum deceiving business practices......I feel a class action law suit coming up....

I just needed internet services. I have had the service for over a year now. Started out great and…read morethe monthly charge was good. But the services started going downhill. I could not get online or I could get online but could not get into my apps such as my banking app. Then they started charging me more without notice till I was paying $100 a month for pretty much no service. It is hard to get a hold of them. I cancelled today and for that offense I have an extra $100 in fees tacked onto my final bill. Biggest rip off I have ever seen. Stay away from this company. Thought Spectrum was bad until I had the misfortune to start with this company.

This review is for our technician Nolan, not frontier as a whole. Nolan was the first person to…read morecome out and give us a plan for our fiber WiFi and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. After this frontier sent out people to do tunnelling for the fiber to be run through (which we later found out was done incorrectly) and explained that after this was done someone else would come by to actually install the internet. After two weeks we had an appointment that canceled on us and then another one a week later that also cancelled on us so we were willing to give it one last shot before switching to another provider. Nolan ended up being our technician that was assigned to us this time and he went above and beyond to make sure everything would be installed correctly! During this process the frontier customer service was a nightmare to deal with, but if you're looking to get WiFi from frontier ask for Nolan because he will make sure the job gets done.
