The customer service was top notch. Even though there were at least five people needing help throughout the experience, the man behind the counter (Zach), juggled everyone's needs in a very efficient way. I loved how he would make eye contact with every customer and explain the time frame it would be before he could get to them. I always felt like I knew what was going on. He was extremely knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. It takes a lot of skill to put a screen protector on correctly and Zach took so much pride in his work. The location is great- right in front of Starbucks at the Battlefield mall. If you need a repair on any type of phone/device or a new screen protector applied perfectly, go here. One suggestion: get another employee for the busy hours. I did watch a few people walk away because they didn't have five minutes to wait while my screen protector was being applied.
