On 7/12/25, I stopped by this T-Mobile store needing technical support for my iPhone, and I was helped by someone named Riley. They took the time to explain things clearly and made sure my issue was fully addressed. Thanks to Riley, I would genuinely go out of my way to return to this location. Thank you again for the excellent service! 10/10

There have been a few hiccups over the years, but it's been minimal. This is probably my favorite Verizon store that I have been to. It's very nice and modern-looking, and the employees here are always super friendly. I recently came here to upgrade to the iPhone X and it was a very easy process. We were also able to get a bundle deal where I received a screen protector, case and portable charger all for $80. They can be a bit pushy with some of their promotions, and a couple of them offered the same promotion for two different prices, but it's whatever. Business is business. Apple told us that the phone should be replaced by AT&T and that they saw this tactic all of the time because "AT&T only cares about sales." T-Mobile, you have to do better…read more Your retail staff in Louisville is working *so hard* to create great customer outcomes. They are professional, patient, and determined to help us succeed. Shout out to Joe at this location in particular. Your systems, on the other hand, seem to be actively working against even the most tenured and knowledgeable of them. In my MANY hours spent in-store for a simple phone upgrade - at multiple locations trying to get whatever problem it was fixed which frankly is still a bit of a mystery to me - I witnessed multiple disappointed customers who didn't get the experience they were hoping for and it all seemed to be a problem with systems and teams not connected to each other. This seems to result in the customer getting stuck in the middle, with your retail employees figuring it out. They need to be supported better, and so do your customers. Every time I have to interact with T-mobile it feels like a punishment. The only bright spot is your employees in-store who are there with me, but it shouldn't have to be that way. Do better.

This is one of those services that you pray you never need, but if you require it, you're thankful…read moreit's there. I had noticed that one side of my iPhone 5s screen was beginning to push away from the frame of the phone. I'd had a similar issue in 2017, but I let it go and let it go until the phone finally became useless. The new phone had been my replacement, and realizing what had happened to the other one, as well as knowing I was heading on a lengthy vacation, I realized something had to be done ASAP. I came onto Yelp, read the reviews and sent out quote request to the top two, surprised to see that Louisville now has several companies which will do a remote call to your home, office, etc. to make repairs! As JoyTech could respond on Sunday, April 29th (I was contacting them on a Saturday), I went with them. A time and location were set up. I was delighted when I received a call asking if I wanted to set up an earlier time as another appointment had canceled; I jumped on the opportunity and was impressed that they'd taken the initiative to contact me. We met at a neutral location (mainly because I'm in the middle of packing). He was even a bit early. Kenny was polite, has a nice sense of humor, and answered my questions and concerns. I appreciated that he explained each step in the repair process as he went along, so I was aware of what was happening. It turned out the battery was expanding, and therefore pushing against the frame of the phone. It wouldn't be a simple screen repair but a needed battery replacement too. I have to admit - this was my first (and I hope ONLY) time I see the inside of a mobile phone. But he even took a moment to place a new battery and the damaged one side by side so I could see the differences, which were very obvious. Once the repairs were complete, he had me spend several minutes - while he waited - making sure the phone was operational, from making phone calls, to texting, to checking my apps and such. The work took about 45 minutes in total, and I got a nice education in cell phone design along the way! While this was an unexpected expense, it was a necessary one and worth every cent, especially as they came to ME, instead of me trying to get to them! As I stated in the opening, you don't want the need to arise where you have to use a service like this. But I'd highly recommend contacting them first if you have a broken screen, an overheated battery, or any number of cell phone issues.
