I was greeted and assured that someone would help me within a couple of minutes of entering the store. When I explained that I needed a new SIM card but wanted to keep my plan, these guys didn't miss a beat. There was no high pressure upsell. In fact, the gentleman helping me commented that I had a great plan. He verified that the phone was unlocked, that the SIM worked, and did it all in a friendly, efficient manner. I was out of there in less than ten minutes.
