They charged me 58.84 for just a prepaid SIM card. Said it would be for the card and activation. Two days later another charge of 38.03 shows up. Which means I was charged $96.86 just to get a prepaid SIM card!!! Horrible crooks! Never go here. read more

We stopped in to just see what Verizon had to offer as we were not sure of what we wanted to do yet. Adam Peterson was our salesperson. We have been with AT&T for many years. We live out in the boonies and could get no reception which was very frustrating. Not to mention the bill just kept getting higher. I had a Verizon phone for work and never had a reception problem. Adam went over our options and made our possible decision to switch a reality. Adam was very thorough and he answered all of our questions. He was a pleasure to deal with! The process to switch out 2 phones from another company took about 2 hrs total which honestly is about the quickest visit I have ever had at a phone store. And Adam made it so pleasurable it did not seem that long. Everything went smooth. I would recommend this store to anyone and definitely would ask for Adam Peterson. read more

I want to take the time to write this review to brag on Jeremy, a sales associate I met with on 01/05/2018. He provided stellar customer service. I walked into this location fully prepared to cut ties with Verizon Wireless due to overage fees accumulated from my limited data plan for the iPhone 6. I had been contemplating switching to a competitor but wanted to determine all of my options before making a definite decision. I met with Jeremy for nearly an hour. Within that time, he rectified credential issues with the MyVerizon Account app, provided expertise knowledge on how to significantly reduce my unwarranted data usage, and recommended an alternative data plan that saves me roughly $50 each month. He even took the time to research whether or not my employer provides a discount for personal service. Thanks to Jeremy, I will be staying with Verizon Wireless and will be able to enjoy a greatly reduced monthly bill! read more

I guess customer service is nonexistent anymore! I walked into this business looking to purchase an iPhone 6 Plus and willing to pay full price and was treated as if I had four legs and a tail. Don't go here. They are an agent for Verizon. Their contract a Cellular Sales contract, a different contract than dealing directly with Verizon. My Mifi quit working and I got another one which I thought would be added to my current contract, but they signed me for 2 years (I did not want 2 more years at all!) All I wanted was another WiFi, not 2 years added to my terrible service. I live in Georgetown and the mifi hardly goes to the next room, it will not go through the whole house. Can't watch videos or movies, it just buffers. We never talked about it being a 2 year deal. Went to Verizon in Clarksville and they said all I can do is pay the early buy-out penalty of $175. They knew about this place from other people coming in and getting bad deals. Verizon said that they couldn't help me because it was not one of their contacts, it was a Cellular Sales contract. Stay away at all costs !!! read more
