It seems this store has a lot of turnaround of employees. I always knew that I could drop in here and get an answer for my question about my phone purchased there, not so much now. It is disappointing. I called to ask if calls to Puerto Rico were Domestic calls and was told "it is international". I asked if he was sure and he said it definitely is charged as international. I visited this Verizon store today to see if someone could help with the speaker function on my 'phone, which I had purchased there. I had tried everything I could think of, and all other sounds (alarm, ring volume, etc.) worked fine. The problem had started at least a week ago, and I often must make calls while outside, there's background noise from traffic. Abbey worked on the 'phone and somehow fixed the speaker volume! REDEMPTION. HAD A REASONABKE CONVERSATION WITH THE ACCOUNT AND WAS ABLE TO RETURN. This place sold my wife a new phone. No problem they also sold her a 49.99 power cube and a car charger and cable for 49.99. She thought they were included. Corey failed to mention that. My family recently moved from AT&T to Verizon at this location. The entire process was frustrating. After 4.5 hours at this location, 2 out of 3 phones were working. I had to return the following day to get the 3rd phone functioning. Less than 48 hours later, I went back to the store. I had received a $837 bill. I wanted to return the merchandise, get the phones back we turned it, and go back to AT&T. Our salesman was not in and they refused to take back the merchandise and said that our phones had already been sent to Verizon. Since that time, I have spoken to Verizon 4 times (several hours) to try to get our monthly bill anywhere close to what the salesman was trying to achieve. He added services that we never requested. The receipts we were given did not even have our names on them. I was told by employees at the Shelbyville store that we had up to 30 days to return the merchandise. What they did not tell us is that it had to be returned to their store and there was a restocking fee even for devices that were still shrink wrapped. I am so sorry that we did not handle this transaction at a Verizon corporate store where we would have had more recourse. read more

I got a Google Pixel A3 phone about a year ago, and hated it so much that I finally got another phone yesterday from this Verizon store. Am very happy and got a great deal on a new LG Velvet. Sooo much nicer than the Google. Josh helped me, and he was terrific. Highly recommended. read more

Steer clear of this store they are not a corporate Verizon store. Their customer service is horrible I waited over two hours for one of their people to exchange an iPhone. If you want to wait here and deal with rude sales people go here. You have been warned. read more

I can't speak on the quality of service rendered by every associate here since I didn't work with them directly. I stumbled upon this Verizon store to get a new phone as quickly as possible. Mr. Daniel Rumbley, the account specialist here was extremely professional, efficient, yet personable. I'm certain if he'd try to sell me a Boeing 787, I'd buy it in a heart beat. If it was possible to give ZERO stars, I would have. This was the worst experience I have ever had at ANY store of ANY kind. They are grossly understaffed and didn't even acknowledge me when I came in the store. I wasn't even put on the waiting list for at least 15 minutes. I waited for an additional hour at a time that should not have been busy (the middle of the work day), and there were still 2 people ahead of me on the waiting list. He also viewed my bill and changed my plan to save me even more money. Totally pleased with the service I received. I was in your store earlier in St. Matthews inquiring about a plan with Verizon, I am currently with AT&T and I had a few questions. I spoke with an associate named Abell who I must say was probably the rudest sales person I have ever met. It seemed that once I stated that I was just inquiring about plans and wasn't for sure going to sign up today Abells only concern seemed to be getting me out of the store. He kept looking over my shoulder kept standing up like he wanted to leave. I tried being as polite as possible as I still had questions. At one point I asked Abell "Do you have somewhere you have to be?" And I was sincere. Abell kept acting like I was wasting his time. Once he stood up the second time, and had still not answered a single question, I asked, "I guess were done here?" And he said yea and I walked out the door. I will never return to this Verizon store again. I still just do not understand why he was so rude and disrespectful. I understand everyone has a bad day but that was just embarrassing for the whole Verizon company. The only thing I found comical was that Abell mentioned how great Verizon's customer service was while I was having this horrible experience. I'm not sure if he was sincere or being sarcastic but I'll never know because I will never return. read more
