They answered immediately and seemingly dropped whatever they were doing to answer my questions and help me figure out what to do. As importantly, they spoke in plain language and were very patient with likely silly questions I had -- again, not a common experience with mainstream tech services. We weren't ultimately able to resolve the problem (I had incompatible devices), but I was blown away by LCR's service and conscientiousness. The gentleman who helped me was extremely helpful and friendly. My phone has been cracked before and I took it to a kiosk in St Matthews Mall. Not only was I charged $100+ for the repair, but they also messed up my front facing camera and vibration during the screen repair. They told me they weren't able to do anything for me. I came to Wireless Wizard with a new crack to be repaired and they were able to fix the camera and vibration damage that the previous repair at the other repair place made.
