    Okay, let me sit you all down and tell you a little story. Once upon a time…read more.. There was a lovely couple who decided that Verizons bullshit couldn't be dealt with no more, so that couple went to the AT&T store on Lewis Clark pwky. We had a knight in shining blue and white rep Mason come out, with IPad in hand and ready to fight. We sat down on the Knights round table and we decided on some phones...and plans to defeat the evil Verizon...and we conquered. However, the evil Verizon sent their red magic to the shining blue and white and the couple had to go back and spend an eternity to gather new battle plans. The knight stayed after hours to help this couple from the Verizons red evil ass magic...and that was awesome. The couple lived...so far, kinda happily ever after...cause nothing is forever lmao. Basically. The store on Lewis and Clark pwky was the bees knees and Mason, Matt, Jeffy were fucking amazing. I had problems porting over numbers from Verinazi....*cough*, Verizon I meant, and it was a whole issue that lead to 3 hours of me at the store. They stayed until it was resolved and I am forever thankful.

I purchased an iPhone 12 and picked it up from the store. Upon taking it home I found out the phone was DOA and would not power on. The store refused to do anything about it and said I would have to take it to Apple, after Apple explicitly told me to take it to the A&T store to get it exchanged since I just purchased it. I had literally purchased the phone from the AT&T store a few hours earlier and they said that once I walk out with it they will not look at any issues with the phone or provide any exchanges. I also asked to just cancel the transaction and they told me that since the phone had issues they couldn't do that either. The phone was literally in my possession for a few hours. Not only that, but I gave them my trade in and they said that they no longer had it and couldn't give it back. I then had to drive to the Louisville Apple store only for them to tell me that they did not have the phone in stock and that it would have to be ordered which could take 7-14 days and that AT&T should have replaced the phone since I has just bought it. have been a longtime customer of AT&T but am cancelling my service with them and will never buy from them again. How can you sell someone a non functioning phone and then refuse to replace the phone when it doesn't work? A disgusting place with disgusting people and never again will I do business at this store or with AT&T. I am cancelling all of my lines and am going elsewhere and I don't care if its worse service I won't deal with the inept waste of spaces they call human beings at the Clarksville store.

It stopped halfway through, went to my neighbors, they let me use their phone. Called service center. They told me they couldn't verify security with my phone dead. They adv to drive to Clarksville to have them finish, 30 mins one way for me, plus DL there. 3 weeks later I receive a letter saying thank you for enrolling in their protection plan and another plan $20 more a month. Had to contact service center to adv I did not enroll and to remove me from this 33 mins on phone. $60 unlimited Phone $35 wifi month. Receive my first bill after already paying connections fees etc. $126.23 - $31.23 in additional fees, I'm like whatever. 10/20/25 I check my bill, $200 it is. I contact the service center, 40 plus mins on the phone, agent tells me that's for the "second" line I added. After arguing with me, she says best they can lower my bill to, $159. Due to their mistake, I say ridiculous, fine, bill me, I'm switching back to ATT. She transfers me to a manager. She says if I stay with tmobile, she will offer me a "TOTAL MONTHLY FEE" for 6 months at $97.88. I agree, she has me confirm the fee on my tmobile app. 10/24/25 I'm actually billed $97.88. Now, on 11/24/25, I get billed 124.53. On 11/28/25 I switch to Verizon, I cancel both my phone and WIFI with tmobile, another disaster. On 12/5/25 I receive a final bill for $46.67 due on 12/24/25. On 12/10/25 I receive a letter to return my tmobile wifi tower. That is literally all the letter says. I take it that day to Clarksville tmobile, return it and they give me my return receipt. On 12/22/25 I receive an additional bill for $93.32. I again, call the service center that day, after 44 mins on the phone, the rep says its for my internet, I tell her I cancelled it on 11/28/25. This is ridiculous, you can even see I never used it after that day. She says I see it was not used since 11/28/25, for some reason it wasn't cancelled tho. I say again, YES I did on 11/28/25. I said I even returned my tower on 12/10/25, she said I see that. She says I'm getting you over to a manager. He finally picks up and says, so you want to cancel your wifi. I get a bit angry and say I CANCELLED ON 11/28/25. He puts me on hold, he then gets back on and says, on behalf of tmobile, I am sorry, we have cancelled your wifi and I will remove the $93.32 bill since it should have been cancelled on 11/28. I then say thank you, I will pay the $47.67 now to be done with tmobile. I provide him my CC info and it declines. He then says, let me give you the website to pay online which he does. I get on their website, all 3 of my cards decline. So I go to the Clarksville store 3rd time now, to pay $47.67. The young lady that helps me says you owe $93.32. I say fine, I will pay whatever to be done with tmobile. My card declines with them. I tell her I'm done, I'm not going to pay it and leave. On 12/23/25 I call the service center AGAIN, the rep after 12 mins on the phone says your cards declined because you now have to pay in person "CASH" at a retail outlet or provide us with you bank account number and routing, since you cancelled the CC we had on file for your autopay. I told her I did this so they could no longer have access to my money and I will not provide my banking info. Now, on 12/24/25, I drive 28 minutes to the Jeffersonville tmobile location. I tell the rep I'm there to pay my final bill. He says that will be $93.32, wow, I am not kidding. So I tell him, a manager at the service center said he removed that and I only owe $46.67. So that is all I paid. STAY AWAY FROM TMOBILE BASED ON MY HORRIBLE, STRESSFUL, UPSETTING, INCOMPETENT, AWFUL DEALINGS WITH THIS COMPANY. I got the call log this time. Call log# 572138, 12/22/25, 44 mins, for manager stating he wiped the $93.32 and all I owe was $46.67. tmobile is still trying to charge me $93.32.
