However, we have been trying to reach Bob for over a month and no response, not to phone calls, texts, or emails. Apparently he installed in our house long range internet devices (3 of them) and used a controller he brought with him to connect them. Now our Internet IP has changed and they no longer can connect leaving us with no internet in areas of the house. When we called an external company to help us, we had to pay several of hundreds of dollars to get one of them to work by replacing it with a new one. We have 2 more to go. They can't be accessed because he has control over them. To buy new ones will cost us $259 per piece. This situation is very frustrating and costly where he could probably help us to fix this. We offered him money in one of the emails that we send him to help us fix this. Still nothing. DO NOT USE THEM!!! This is an unkind act!

That meant placing it quite far from the electrical breakers and meant running a fair amount of wiring. The team was minimally invasive with the wiring, and only had to make a small cut in existing walls to thread the wiring. They patched it before leaving. While working, the team was very thorough, didn't make a mess, and kept me informed along the way. They tested the load to the system and ensured everything was working as expected.
