Apparently he installed in our house long range internet devices (3 of them) and used a controller he brought with him to connect them. Now our Internet IP has changed and they no longer can connect leaving us with no internet in areas of the house. When we called an external company to help us, we had to pay several of hundreds of dollars to get one of them to work by replacing it with a new one. We have 2 more to go. They can't be accessed because he has control over them. To buy new ones will cost us $259 per piece. This situation is very frustrating and costly where he could probably help us to fix this. We offered him money in one of the emails that we send him to help us fix this. Still nothing. DO NOT USE THEM!!! This is an unkind act!
