We are now being billed for the 2 phones we originally turned into Tmobile. Went back in the store today to discuss this with them and guess what? We were again told there is nothing they can do. NM Surf was, in my experience, an embarrassingly bad internet provider. The service was extremely…read moreslow, the customer service was consistently awful, and the entire operation felt petty and amateurish. What pushed it from bad to absurd was being told that I was supposedly in breach of contract for leaving a negative review online, and that under their contract they had the right to shut off our internet until the review was removed. That was the explanation given to me when our service was cut off. If that is really how they choose to treat paying customers, it says everything anyone needs to know about this company. Even the interaction where this was explained was spectacularly obnoxious. The tone was smug, rude, and bizarrely self-satisfied, as if this were a normal way to run a business. We switched to Starlink, and the difference has been immediate and obvious. It has been night and day: faster, more reliable, and run by people who apparently understand that customers are not hostages. Two tin cans tied together with a piece of twine would have been a more respectable internet solution than NM Surf. I would not recommend NM Surf to anyone.

I love the phone he recommended, and with Metro by TMobile , cell service is one thing i don't have to worry about, only operating the new phone lol.

I don't understand what the problem is I was talked into getting a tablet at metro PCs store by the…read moreworker there she said it was free and all had to pay was 10 dollars for wifi . Well she didn't tell me how it all worked she opened a extra phone number up on my account that I already had and connected the tablet to my phone service plus another number and it wasn't 10 bucks I paid her 250 bucks cash for the tablet and they charged me 87 bucks a month for the extra number including the 55 bucks for my original number I've had for many years. So several times a month I call metro and beg them to turn that new number off and stop charging my account for something I don't want or need they say they are going to turn it off but they never do they charge me every month auto pay. I called a supervisor and he sat there scamming me like the others he wouldn't turn that 505 number off and close that account with iPad. This should be illegal making me pay for something that I don't want nor can I afford. But wait!! IT GETS BETTER I FIND OUT THAT THE TABLET IS FREE AND I SHOULD NOT HAVE PAID THAT GIRL 250 BUCKS. Cash money so I go back in there she no longer works there and the young girl that's there has absolutely no idea how to even turn the computer on I asked her how did you get this job she stood behind the counter and put make up on and ignored me trying to resolve this huge issue that's happening. We made the mistake of signing up with ACT when we purchased our home since the previous owners had…read morean established relationship with them. First and foremost they bind you in a 3 year contract and you have to pay out the contract in order to cancel service. We have been disappointed by the service that ACT provides once an alarm goes off. We have worked with several alarm companies in different cities but have never seen such a poor and protracted response time when the alarm goes off. There has also been the occasional time when they did not call us for almost 30 minutes. When our alarm has tripped and they have called many times they don't even ask for the password before canceling the alarm. I certainly have felt no sense of security having them as our alarm company. I would not recommend them at all.
