I had a battery from them in my truck so I took it there. Put the new one in fast, came with a 3 year warranty which was nice. Battery does not hold charge over night....and they do nothing about it....... I get my battery light and battery saver mode EVERY morning.... Taken it to them after work a few times now and say it is charged. Have pictures from everyday showing them the proof but they don't care. I drive most of the day so the truck has charged it up once I can get there. They open to later then I go to work. Close before Im off. The warranty is if they feel like it, beware people. read more

Best service ever! I needed to replace the battery on my 2004 Honda Accord and my husband wanted an Interstate brand battery - which led me to Mor-Co. My first surprise was a service manager who came outside as soon as I drove up, greeted me and asked what I needed, and then proceeded to tell me he would be done in about 10 minutes and I could wait inside if I wanted to, with no install fee. The service people who were inside were just as helpful and friendly, and even noticed that I had a USAA credit card, whereupon I was issued a 10% military discount. Within minutes of paying, my car was ready to go, and the price was very reasonable and comparable to other auto parts stores. Location at 1st near I-40 is also easy to get to with plenty of parking. I have bought my batteries there for years, two diesel trucks, a fifth wheel, a Mercedes and a work trailer. In all those years I only had one fail under warranty and they took care of it. I have learned that when the batteries on my work trailer won't hold a charge it is time to replace them. Normally they are out of warranty so I fully expected to buy new ones. However, these were only one year old and should have been covered. The manager said they are not charged and there is nothing they would do. Both my chargers, a digital and a manual show them as charged. I started to explain that to him when he said " Have a nice day." and turned his back and walked away. Not my intention to bash businesses around town. Just honest on writing reviews. My experience at mor-co. I bought 2 interstate batteries for my truck 2 yrs ago an no issues. Then one evening my battery light on my dash came on. I got my alternator bench tested an passed. When I went back to get my batteries tested the next day I was charged an extra $10 to get tested/charged. I was disappointed for getting charged again while the batteries were still under their 6 yr warranty. read more

!rst scratch and dent batt lost chg in a week of light driving. when i ckd the fluid level didnt even cover the lead plates inside!! Returned that batt with moderate resistance from the guy (no xtra charge) but when i got it home and checked, the fluid level its the same even after asking the guy 3 times! Plus the fluid is milky color so who knows what it really is! all in all Bad attitudes from employees and even worse products! You get what you pay for! Take a chance if you want but I would put a little more money into the mix and go somewhere with better quality batteries!. This from someone who grew up working in old school gas stations in high school! We sold batteries and we filled them with sulfuric acid to the top and charged them and then installed them! i on the other hand have always used mor-co. they have always been more than helpful, in any question i had for them. never had any problem with them, when i pull up i get out of my car and they are at my car waiting to help me. answer the questions, install my battery for free. i will never go anywhere else but mor-co battery. read more

Someone told me about Mor-Co's 'blem' batteries so I bought one, thinking blem means blemished, like scratch and dent-still a real battery but not cosmetically up to par with brand new, so it could besold at a discount. What I got was a weak, Econo-Power battery. An Interstate battery, yes, but I got what I paid for. It lasted 3 months before it wouldn't start my truck. I thought it might be my alternator, but Autozone said, no, your alternator is fine, your battery is no good. I took it back to Mor-Co and they told me it was fine. One of their workers got really cocky with me asking why I wanted to return a perfectly good battery. I had to get home so I ended up buying full priced battery. They did fully refund price for 'Blem", as well they shoudl have. Did I say it was only 3 months old before it didn't work.." Moral to story is beware of this "Blem" battery.
