Please read the reviews, and if you visit this office, do so with your eyes wide open. Verizon corporate do not care about their customers, as reflected by the fact that the Colorado Attorney General's office maintain a team specifically to deal with complaints against VZW! This particular office is NOT Verizon although they do not clearly disclose that they are simply an agent for Verizon. Unfortunately, this means that their salesmen either don't know that they can't do things they promise, or choose to tell you that they can when they know they can't. Based on my finding an unsigned customer agreement in my VZW electronic account files when my first invoice hit, I think there is a good possibility that the latter is true. Background: I had been a customer of VZW for over 20 years with a three line plan. I wanted to get a new phone for the same rate as VZW were offering new customers. The salesman said that he could not give me a new customer rate, but that he would give me a "loyalty discount" for the same amount. I also wanted to upgrade one of the lines to worldwide, but downgrade the other two. He said this was OK. (It wasn't). He also was unable to provide me with a computer print-out of what my first bill would look like at the new rates, which should have been a clear red flag to me. After spending about 3 hours in his shop, setting up the new phone, and paying multiple previously undisclosed charges for transfer fees, set up charges and others totaling over $100, I left, fully expecting a future total bill of about $140/mo plus tax. When I received my first bill - guess what - $240/mo plus tax, because salesman has upgraded ALL three lines, and not provided loyalty discount. I then contacted VZW customer support (for two whole hours getting nowhere - what a shocking reflection on how VZW regards its customers) and they told me "there is no loyalty discount in the order, and you can't mix and match multi line plans". No wonder the "draft invoice" he provided me with in the store was so much higher than the price he quoted, and then "explained" the difference was because order planning and service changes were on two different internal systems. Verizon really is a dreadful company. But this office's salesman lied to me in promising me a $1400 phone for $200. Fortunately, I received the new expensive bill within the 28 day return period for the new phone, and the store manager recognized that it was appropriate to refund my overcharges and take back the new phone. However, I wonder what might have happened had I not noticed this in time....probably would still have managed a refund because electronically attaching to my VZW account an UNSIGNED customer agreement for the phone, (because I had never been presented with, and hence not signed) was somewhat suspect. read more

Do not use this store, it is a third party store and charges fees which are not part of Verizon's policy. I specifically and clearly stated I wanted no add-ons: no insurance, no Disney, no Netflix and they all appeared on my first bill. Since I'd opted for auto-pay, it was taken out of my account and I had no recourse. I should have realized there was an issue with the store and the rep when I couldn't follow the billing as he explained it to me. Don't come in to this store. I have had repeated problems with this store. They don't know how to setup phones, which is scary since that's the business they are in. They blame the system, it's a new system or it's not working, or Verizon since they are only an authorized dealer, meaning they work on commission. They consistently blame anyone else. Buyer Beware! I have been a satisfied Verizon customer for 10 years. On June 14, I upgraded my phone at Cellular Sales and even though I expressly DECLINED device insurance, it was added to my account (An extra $17 month) Three weeks later, I received a letter from asurion/Verizon advising me of the new charge to my account. I immediately called Cellular Sales and spoke with the sales rep-he denied adding the coverage. It took me 45 minutes on the phone with Verizon billing to remove the charge and credit my account. read more

Sales person by the name of David D was absolutely ridiculous to work with. Didn't have a clue what he was doing and could not do his job and install product. First off these guys don't know the difference between a state mandate and law regarding masks and discriminating against those customers that MEDICALLY CANNOT WEAR A MASK AND ARE NOT REQUIRED TO. The grossly obese sales rep (which puts his health at risk wearing a mask considering his obvious health issue) was rude and said he did not have to help me if I wouldn't make my daughter put a mask on- jeopardizing her health. I had her go outside. Then this rep tries to charge me for a replacement VERIZON SIM card which Verizon gives them out for FREE. This isn't the first time I have received poor customer service here- I should have known better, but it's two blocks from my house. If you want subpar service from a NON Verizon store then go here and have your fill. If you want real customer service I suggest making the trip to an actual Verizon corporate store. They need an education here in more ways than one. read more

Very deceptive sales going on here. My mother was having issues with her NEW Samsung phone and thought this was a corporate Verizon store. Went in to talk about getting it replaced and instead of telling her they were a retailer for Verizon and to contact Verizon directly, the sales guy said there was nothing they can do and tried to upsell her to a newer phone. His only advice was to contact Samsung directly and told her they wouldn't do anything either. What kind of BS is this?! You guys should be ashamed taking advantage of an older person who doesn't know any better and I will be reporting you directly to Verizon as well as the BBB. Thankfully she left and called me and told me what had happened and I told her to call Verizon directly who replaced her phone for free. DO NOT take your business here! read more

Dylan F. at this location is my life saver. He spent hours with me trying to figure out a complicated situation while I was switching from Sprint. He stayed an hour after closing to make sure that everything was set, because I was going on a trip the next day and needed my phone. I have never seen this level of professionalism and dedication from a phone company. I cannot express how grateful I am! after having a horrible experience at another Verizon location, i came into this one just needing help being authorized on an account and buying a new phone. Savannah, Jacob, and Carrie were SO helpful and understanding. within minutes they were able to authorize me on my moms account and made everything so simple!! with Verizon in general, they usually make things so complicated and i didn't want to sit on hold, but these Verizon employees were so kind and helpful!! please go to this store if you need anything regarding your phone :) read more

This is NOT a true Verizon store. They will not tell you this and will charge you more than if you go to a true Verizon store or online. Went in for a sim card for a prepaid plan when online order didnt go thru. Was charged a $35 activation fee and $5 for sim card which should have been free and no activation fee! I questioned it in the store and Gilbert was nothing less than rude and said he doesnt know about online website. He failed to mention the real reason they charge the fees. I found out the real reason by calling Verizon upon leaving store and was told because they are a 3rd party store, they can charge whatever they want. Do NOT go here! I have been going to this location since they opened last year. Every time I am in there I am treated like "family" and given the utmost consideration. I don't think I have ever waited more than five minutes which is refreshing after having waited over an hour in some of the corporate Verizon stores! I was in the store yesterday because I thought I had lost my phone and had no idea how to activate find my iphone. Judah helped me get into my account (only to find that find my iphone was turned off) and was helping me figure out whether filing an insurance claim or getting a new phone was a better option for me. I was very impressed that this was not about him selling me another phone. His concern was more about helping me figure out which option was a better one for me! In the end, my daughter showed up and found the phone in my car so I didn't need to do either. In this dog eat dog world it is nice to know that Cellular Sales cares more about their customers than they do just making another sale! Judah and Cellular Sales have a customer for life!
