I recently stopped by this store to inquire about a minor problem I was having with my phone. Unbeknownst to me at the time, my brightness setting needed changing and I couldn't see anything on my screen when trying to take a photo outside. When I asked the guy in the store, he immediately said they didn't do repairs. He took the phone from me, took one brief look, and said I needed a new phone, and they had phones that took much better photos than my Samsung Galaxy S22. I looked at him and told him I wasn't buying a new phone from him, and walked out. The guys I used to speak to about minor problems were always very helpful, but all this guy wanted to do was sell a senior citizen a new phone when I didn't need one. I told my daughter about the problem and she told me to check my brightness level. I did, changed it, and solved my own problem. My phone takes excellent photos. read more

I would love to chat with the manager about my experience. Let me warn others that the salesman are out for commission and off poor customer service . The associate I delt with was poorly trained and it will cost me on my bills for the next three years. I won't mention names because I don't feel it would do any good, but I will be attempting to contact a district manager and give him names as well as details. I am not a happy customer. PR read more

Wish I could give more stars but a lady "helping" me tonight ruined it. First two times I went I had amazing help, one individual was named Roger I believe. Tonight, I got stuck with some lady with a major attitude problem. I went in there to see what my options were with a trade and she proceeded to have to check her phone every two minutes because she didn't know what she was saying and had to check her trainings. Maybe pay attention during training next time? Anyway after talking to her for about 15 minutes she basically said there is nothing she can do without making me pay for a new phone in full. I'm not sure I would've bought from her anyway due to her attitude but that's besides the point. I get home and call the Verizon helpline or whatever you wanna call it online. Within 15 minutes I had an amazing deal on a brand new phone and am picking it up tomorrow. Like I said both times I visited previously I had amazing experiences but one bad apple ruins the bunch. If you walk in and encounter a lady with an attitude problem, get right back in your car and call the Verizon basic number and they will give you a much better deal than she will. read more

"Verizon Brett" as I call him is amazing! I have gone back over and over and only see him as he is always looking for ways to save money on my bill and finds me the best deals to get new devices. I rarely write a review but he is worthy of the praise. read more

Upgraded my phones, they had everything in stock and ready to go. I was in an out in 30 mins. It's my go to location for Verizon related items. Will be there again when upgrades are due. read more

I drive a little further to this location, isn't quite as hectic as other locations. Was just there 8/16/2019 to upgrade my daughters phone. Parker was our sales rep, he went above and beyond I'm sure!! My daughter had over 8000 pics and he was adamant in getting everything transferred over. read more

Worst experience at a phone store ever... booked an appointment and ended up having to wait for a half hour just for someone to finally helped us. Once someone started helping us, the sales rep basically dropped what they were doing with us to help someone else so we had to wait another 30 minutes again! Service was so slow and disrespectful. read more

Making the switch back to Verizon so I stopped in the Lewis Center store looking for assistance installing a new sim card. Kelsie greeted me warmly as soon as I walked in, even though it was getting close to closing time (and the store was closing early due to the launch of the new iPhone next day). Kelsie took the time to answer all my questions and explain my options -- I never felt rushed. I decided to upgrade and she walked me through E V E R Y T H I N G - I walked out with a new phone, new accessories, and completely impressed by her kindness, expertise, and professionalism.
