    Never had a problem with this company or this store. Upgraded here once before and after talking to Mike today, I'll be back on August 17th for my next upgrade! Always friendly associates here.

    Where i called right before I got there and where I was in the Uber still on hold until I got there.

    I walked in and was helped immediately. Johnathan was wonderful and helped me fix my phone issue. Everyone in the store was super nice.

    This review is for Geek Squad inside of the Best Buy. I had issues with my iPhone and Apple support…read morecouldn't help me over the phone so they booked an appointment for me at this location. When I arrived at geek squad a tech yelled for me from across the counter. When I walked over to him, I told him I was there for an appointment that apple made for me. "His response was "what's wrong" I wasn't told it would be at Geek Squad and was confused. With an attitude he said "what's wrong with your phone" i told him the issue and he said "did you try to turn it on and off with out the case" i said yes and he said "the button is broken" he didn't even inspect the phone or had a chance to hold it. I said "no, that's not the issue" he said well then it's hardware issue and that's not good. I was upset because he was diagnosing my phone without even looking at it or even having held it in his hand. No proper diagnostic was done and he said i had hardware issues. I asked him to please reset my phone. He slapped a form down on the counter and said "sign this" no explanation or anything. I got my phone reset (which is was Apple suggested) and terrible customer service.

    Ordered a camera and it arrived unsealed in a box that was handled by what appears to have been…read moresomeone with greasy hands. As if the person who packaged the item for shipment was eating while working. I went to this Best Buy location to return the camera. I explained to the heavy set spanish lady, and her response was we have to check everything before shipping. My response was, that is fine, but the agent inspecting the item before shipping should not be handling the brand new camera with filthy hands. I then explained to the lady that everything is sealed except the lens that did not come sealed. Her response was, "Nothing comes sealed anymore because of China." This is despite everything inside the box being sealed except the lens. The camera was sealed, the battery and charger were sealed. Everything was sealed except the lens. The lady began ripping the seals and installing the battery and everything else on the camera. She then called someone from Geek Squad because the camera would not turn on. The Geek Squad agent explained to the lady that the batteries do not come pre-charged. I was surprised to see that, as a customer, I brought everything back to the store in the condition that I received it in. Filthy greasy box and all, and the Best Buy agent decides to simply rip the seals and install everything on the camera. On top of this, they want to charge me a restocking fee. I disputed the restocking fee, and the Geek Squad agent explains that if the camera was unsealed, it is subject to restocking fee. I explained to him that the camera was sealed and the lady who I was dealing with is the one who decided to rip the seals, take the battery out of it's sealed package, install the battery in the camera, and attempt to turn on the camera, and handled the camera without being delicate, and then called Geek Squad to tell them the camera would not turn on. The entire experience was very troubling. I do not know who this lady agent is, and I did not get her name because her name tag was positioned in an odd manner. The approval for my return is 003268, so management should be able to speak with this agent and retrain them to have common courtesy and professionalism when dealing with customers. The fact that I received a box that was filthy with greasy fingerprints, and the lens was unsealed is not the fault of China as the agent said. Such unprofessional and extreme behavior from the agent makes dealing with Best Buy an overall negative experience.

I ended up having an educational…read morediscussion with one of the sales staff - I'm interested in some noise canceling earbuds, and he was able to make some recommendations for some brands and models to consider - and he backed it up with some concrete reasons. I appreciate the guidance and will take it into consideration as I decide which earbuds to buy! They carry pretty much anything you will need if you are on the road and you lose or forget something (chargers, cables, adapters, bluetooth headsets, speakers, earbuds, and more! I did not notice whether they carried any Apple branded stuff - but they did carry third party accessories for iPhones, iPads, etc.

I had just lost one of the plastic earbud covers that attach to my Sony headphones, which I desperately needed for the 9-hour trip. In a panic, I walked into this store, hoping I could quickly buy a cheap set of headphones, so I can take the plastic earbud cover off and attach to my Sony's. The guy at the counter ask how he could help me and told him what I needed. He said that he might have an earbud cover laying around somewhere and in a flash, he found one in the junk drawer and gave it to me. I offered to pay him for the random item, but he refused to take my money. I told him that he literally saved my morning and that I'd "pay it forward" the next time somebody needed help. I really wanted to thank this man, whose name slips my mind, for his courtesy and willingness help me out for free. It's nice to know there are still caring people in the world.
