This Verizon is very nice and laid out nicely. Displays are organized and sale signs are nicely displayed. When you arrive they have you check in and then you are chosen by order you came. The gentleman that helped me was nice and professional and offered solutions to my problem. A little bit of a drive for us but the help and assistance I got made the drive worth it. Thanks for your help in getting my wife's phone back on! read more

I walked in and was helped immediately. Johnathan was wonderful and helped me fix my phone issue. Everyone in the store was super nice.

If possible, do your cell phone business online. Came to this location and was told there would be a 45 minute wait. 90 minutes later we were finally helped. After the first hour past, nearly the whole staff took their lunch break. When they all came back out 20-30 minutes later, the first name they called was someone who clearly came after we did. We approached an employee to see when we'd be seen and they finally agreed to help us. I can only speculate that they skipped us on purpose, but maybe this place is just really mismanaged. I will say the employee that helped us, Stephania, was very nice. That's the reason I'm giving this place 3 stars instead of 1. read more

I need to say that Verizon has been one of the worst company to ever do business with. They promise you service with a set price, but when your bill is due the amount is completely higher then what they say. They never want to work anything out with their customers. I would never want to ever get service with this company ever again. read more

Never had a problem with this company or this store. Upgraded here once before and after talking to Mike today, I'll be back on August 17th for my next upgrade! Always friendly associates here. read more

Verizon - Mobile Phones Near Me - Kissimmee, Florida

Cracked my screen while on vacation at Disney. Local place at Vineland outlets tried to fix by screen (don't go there) and ended up killing my phone instead. Tried to order a new one over the phone with Verizon, but had some issues. (And wasted $30 on phone calls from my hotel to verizon). Customer service finally said they set up an appt for me to come in to the store. Got to the location and they had no record. But the team at the store was amazing. Was able to get me in with maybe 10 min waiting. Mike (longer hair) helped me out. Walked me through options and I ended up with a new iPhone 11. He was informative. Never felt like he talked down to me because I was not a big techie person. And kept things quick and to the point so I could get back on my vacation. Love my new phone. Props to the team at this locations. And many thanks to Mike. read more

Seriously the worst staff, save yourself the headache and go to a different location. I went in to buy a new phone and upgrade my plan to unlimited data. I got the phone but the staff, Andrew, forgot to change my plan to unlimited data so for the next month I was getting overage charges for my data usage. And on top of that, while I was purchasing the phone he kept pushing me to buy AirPods which I told him multiple times I already own. Maybe if he stopped trying to sell me AirPods then he could have changed my plan like I had originally asked for. The people here are self-absorbed and they just don't care. I will be contacting corporate. read more

Disrespectful. I drove a hour and a half here after a bad experience yesterday to deal with Sarah because she helped me yesterday and I like wanted to give her the sale. I spoke with her this afternoon and told her I was coming a hour and a half away. I had a hour and 45 min to get to the store before it closed and I told her I was a hour and 30 min away and there could be traffic on I4. She told me to come, to just leave now, so I did. About 4 min away from the store I ran out of gas rushing to get to her. I called immediate and told the person who answered what was going on. They said they would tell Sarah. I already had a Lyft on the way. I called back to make sure I would be able to still see her. They said hold on let me get her and put me on hold. I was on hold the entire time. I got to the store and went to the door and an employee was letting someone out. I said I could I talk to Sarah. He just looked at me and shook his head while pulling the door closed. Would say one word to me. I stood at the door and 3 employees looked at me and ignored me and one did the "slit throat motion ". Didn't even have the decency to walk to the door. Neither did Sarah. So I was standing outside in the rain this entire time also while I was waiting on Melissa because she got a tank of gas. I stood outside in front of the door for almost 10 min in the rain. Melissa got here and we stayed parked in front hoping to catch Sarah to talk to her. Employees were letting people put out and no one acknowledged me. Then Sarah calls my phone at 6:46 to ask what happened to me. That she was expecting me! I told her I was here and tried to call her and was on hold and was at the door Asking for her. I just got a bunch of excuses. Lol. I'll post the video of the call. And then after the call she came out of the store and didn't even acknowledge me. And I'm literally in front of the door and I Told her I was out front on the phone. Didn't even have the Consideration to look at me. And this is after a incident yesterday where after 5 hours setting up my account. The rep ended up lying to me. Was off $1000 and then because I tossed my card on the table and said run it, refused to sell me the stuff I sat there for 5 hours getting set up and still added the lines to my account and ported my number. But would give me my phone. So this is how a customer with 2 Verizon accounts (person and a business) with multiple lines gets treated. And now when I went to post the screenshot that showes where I called and called and was on hold I guess you can see reviews of the place. And look. Horrible reviews. Guess it's not just me. read more

Verizon - Where i called right before I got there and where I was in the Uber still on hold until I got there. - Mobile Phones Near Me - Kissimmee, Florida

Not sure where to start, but on coverage they are number one but in costumer service they are under 0. I have been with them for over a decade and the Costumer service in both areas family and business is real bad. If I go into the store and ask to order something believe me you will never get that item. If you go into the store easily you will wait no less than one hour for someone to see you even if they only two costumers in front of you and 8 staff member on the floor. If you make any changes at the store the person would leave thinking the changes were done and No way the changes were done. Is funny because my wife tells me the way this Osceola store works is this way, you come in telling them what you need and they will give you what they want. The business rep is available when she can be available is like do not call us we call you and believe me you will never get a call from her. If you sent an email to the business rep, she will reply back to you do not worry we mess up again but please go back into the store so we can fix this for you or after you order a phone and they tell you what day you will get the phone in the mail. The day comes no phone and you call the rep and she will say do not worry we just cancel the order go back inside the store place the order again that we might get you the second time you place the order the phone. The only reason why Verizon is still in business is because of the coverage but once T-Mobile or another company gets the service like they do, I will be the first one taking all my lines out. I am just waiting for that one day for someone to tell me we have the same or better line service than Verizon and I am out. Natalie from Business I only know her by name, because every time I go into the store they always tell me the same thing. Do not worry she will call you and I am sure she will one day, but as of now I have never seen her or know who she is. The same thing happen to the business rep that was in the store before her. I never met the guy or know who he was. I will tell you this there was one gentleman many years ago by the name of Orlando, he got transfer to a different store and I follow him but that man was the best inside the stores but other than him, I have not yet seen and that was like maybe 5 or 6 years ago. Anyway waiting for a big change to leave with another company. read more

BEWARE! A sales rep gave me figures for 2 lines, and when my bill came out it was way more than what he told me. Guess what? He no longer works there and there's nothing that can be done! Also- the data plan (cheapest) he gave me completely sucks! Literally sucks! I barely have data service anywhere I go without WiFi. So embarrassing. & So sad that now I'm stuck with Verizon until these $1000 phones are paid off! I made a huge mistake, but no worries because shady people will not go far in life! read more

This is a review for the Verizon Store at 8600 Vineland Ave.; apparently they are not on Yelp. They probably took themselves down out of embarrassment. I experienced poor customer service. Wasn't even acknowledged when I walked in. Sat for 30 minutes before I decided to approached the sales rep who was "with a customer" though they certainly gave the impression they were taking their time, laughing, talking about non-phone related things. This is not the first time I have had poor customer service at this location. You need more staff and better trained staff. read more

Great service! Check out Carlos when you visit.

I've been to this store 3 times and the staff is always helpful and courteous. Unfortunately the phone they sold my last time, the Samsung Galaxy 10e was having unwarranted moisture detection issues. Both Emmariele and Cassandra went above and beyond to make sure I left with a new phone today, not having to wait for the manufacturer to ship me a new one even though it was technically passed the exchange date. read more

I have been with Verizon for a long time and I will say I am happy with my phone service but this review is specifically for when I came in to add a line and had the most useless agent. If you come here and want to add a new line, ask for anyone but JESSICA . Our experience with her sucked from her lack of personality and knowledge to her backdating the current month of service to a higher plan and not telling us she was doing so, a great surprise on our bill which obvs was already increasing anyway, due to line add but this one factor results in a bill jump of $30+ for a cycle that was about 5 days from being over! . I had a 5g plan and switched to unlimited after adding a new line for my husband. I used under 5 gbs for majority of that month if the cycle length is 28 days for 23 days I had 5gs so how does backdating it in exchange for a plan that is MORE EXPENSIVE make any sense? The time has already passed! I can't go back in time and use more data that I now have to pay for?! I have know companies to backdate when it works in the customers favor if they went over etc but I feel like I was punished for giving them more business. Unreal. read more

On April 24, 2016, I went to this store to add another line to my plan for a phone number being ported from another company. The transfer process was started and a new phone was purchased for this phone line. Since the price of the phone was only $50.00 wanted to pay the phone upfront and not on the monthly payments plan on the Edge program as have with all the other phones on my account. Also was offered an offer for a tablet in which I signed up to. It wasn't until I received my monthly bill in the mail that I saw that the sales representative that I have dealt with at the store, Ivan, have put me in a payment plan for the $50.00 phone. I did make a payment of $50.00 at the store and wasn't explained that the payment was for the tablet and not for the payment as I thought and wanted. Now I have to make monthly payments on this which I did not want. Very disappointed. To add to all this, on May 17 I went back to the store to buy another phone (the same phone) because the phone I have purchased had been damaged by water. They told me that all I have to do was to buy another phone for the same price and that was all. That was what I was planning and expected to do anyways. At the time of payment, they were charging me an extra $20.00 for the phone. When asked why the extra $20.00 was told it was an upgrade fee. I told the sales representative that I wasn't upgrading the phone but replacing the phone. Was told that it does not matter and the upgrade fee applies no matter what. Because something didn't sound right I decided to leave and not buy the phone. Then I called Verizon Customer Service to find out about this and I was told that they are not sure what they were trying to do but since I am replacing a phone and not upgrading, there is no $20.00 upgrade fee. I ended up placing my order via the Verizon website and receiving the phone in the mail in 2 days. Based on my experience with this store, I will not go back to this store and I won't recommend this store to anyone either. I suggest not to do business with this store and if you decide to do so, to be very careful. This has been my opinion based on my experience with this store. read more

Verizon has made mistakes with my billing 4 consecutive months I am required to call Verizon to fix the problem verzion created in the first place. When I patiently called again this month on 4/16 around 5 pm, its customer service is useless and completely wasted my time and clueless about the problem. Version not only has the worst system I have seen, its customer service is equally bad and completely useless. This is really the worst company I have dealed with even in telecommunications industry. I wish there were a way to give 0 star. Will never recommend anybody to use verizon even when they offer incentives. It is worth the hassles. read more

Have mixed feelings concerning this store. Depending on the associate you get strongly influences how your time in the store will go. Any phone problems related to Apple take to the Apple Store and avoid the hassle. They know nothing about troubleshooting phones. Exchanging a phone after less then 24 is very difficult at this. I had an android to which I had no reception in my house with. Asked to exchange for an iPhone to which I have no problem with reception. The store told me no. Went to the Verizon on Obt just past Florida mall. Exchanged it no problem. For basic interactions they are fine and accessories. read more

The guy that was lucky enough to get us was not helpful at all. We are currently on a 2yr plan and wanted to know about the payments and also what phones would be best for pictures. He rambled off 3 or 4 phones and said you just pay the price listed...we currently have issues with our phones and all he said was no idea...you'd have to call samsung...back in Michigan, they would have tried to help a little (a lot!) more. Very disappointed! We got to our car and he was walking out the door...guess it was his quitting time. Go figure! read more

I had an excellent experience. Michael worked with me to find the right phone (after trying to fix my old smart phone). He hooked me up with the best unit for my price and needs. Not only that, I left the store with a fully working phone that I understand how to work. This was great! He also showed me many items that I asked about but could not afford at the time...and he knew I could not get them today. I am very pleased! Take these other review --like the one who did not even go to this location-- with a grain of salt. I have been to other Verizon locations and not had an experience like this! read more

Absolutely horrible and inconsistent experience with this store. I went in yesterday with my wife and upgraded her phone. We added some accessories and the guy was very polite and professional. My wife returned to day to upgrade my daughters phone. The staff was extremely rude and surly. The moment she indicated she did not want to buy extras they became almost dismissive. They are supposed to change her number and they were going to text us in 5 minutes with a new number, . I tried to call the store. After several minutes navigating the voice nav system and trying to reach a human I found myself on hold for several minutes. I called back indicating I would like to purchase a device and they picked up almost immediately. The girl refused to give me a manager without having my account number. When I gave it to her I got put back on hold. I hung up sevearl minutes later. its been over and hour with no text so we are calling the national number. This store is horrible. Drive the extra miles to go to a different one. Finally got a call from the store. They called it a system error. Being rude is now a system error. read more

These people are arrogant, rude and obnoxious. I have never in my life seen such poor customer service ever. They do not talk to you, they talk at you. Kenneth is one of the worst sales people I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. He is a bully and way too aggressive and misleading. Just about every visit myself and my family have made there was always bad. They are very helpful when you want to throw away your money on overpriced service riddled with surcharges and hidden fees but when you have an issue that is when these people turn on you in a split second. Save yourself the time and money from doing business with these people. Shame on Verizon Wireless for such poor business practices as well. read more

After spending another 2.5 hours between chat help? and live persons at Apple, they explained that the problems with their phones could be because they have been in the Verizon inventory for ONE or TWO years. Why is it that Apple phones in Verizon's promo ads have to be updated by Apple, meaning they are outdated and possibly full of bugs and other problems? Verizon's customer service rep referred to Apple phones as GARBAGE. So why does Verizon carry such inferior equipment? Did someone at Apple put a gun to the head of Verizon? I think not! There is no continuity between Verizon and Apple, other than both leave customers without serviceable operating phones for significant periods of time. It only took 7 trips to the Verizon store to NOT have a functioning phone and cancel service. So far, of the 3 I-phones purchased, the BEST phone worked 16 days ( a record of sorts) before it left the customer with a dead phone. Rest assured to Verizon customer service: I am changing my telephone number based on your recommendation and I've learned that you must have a better phone than a $449.99 phone to be used successfully in the Verizon network. I sure hope both of these solutions by your customer service works. Lastly, I am apt to agree with the customer service rep that Apple phones are GARBAGE, but for my 5 hours on chat with Samsung and another carrier trying to get those phones working...without success. As I told Apple, you have to give up your day job if you want a reliable wireless service and a functioning phone at Verizon. You don't have time to work when you have to devote your energies between Verizon and Apple. Thanks all for a scintillating customer service experience! read more

Poor service. My mothers phone was stolen when we were flying to FL so to get a new phone we came here. Sales associate refused to give us the phone in store saying if we ordered online we'd save $50... But if we bought in store we would of gotten a $50 mail in rebate so it would of been the same price and no wait. Then, on top of it, they screwed up the mailing address and shipped it to our house 1700 miles away. After a two hour fight with customer service and the store we got a phone but regardless if the idiot sales associate had told us it was the same price from the beginning our vacation wouldn't have been ruined by having to wait for a phone and fight with them. Additionally Alberto is a very rude jerk who doesn't understand that corporate had called and spoken to someone about this before we came in and there was no need for him to be a stupid jerk. Plain and simple don't go to this Verizon store as they clearly do NOT know what they're doing and because their store manager is an absolute MORON. read more

If I could give no stars I would but that is not an option. Let me begin with the fact that I was greeted by the GM there who was kind enough and she checked me in. I was there because about 20 min before my phone stopped working and restarted and never came back on. I waited for about 20 minutes. No problem there as it was busy. Now, once I was helped by one of their employees I was brought to the counter where for 45 minutes I waited for them to follow the same troubleshooting steps that the employee continued to try over and over again. After being unable to get the phone to start it was time to switch it out. But, now they no longer swap out phones in store? Fine, no problem but this was something that now I am frustrated about since they had me there for over an hour to do the same steps I could've done at home had they let me know. The worker said no more then a few words that ENTIRE hour but continued to check BOTH her phones 18 times...I counted. This is not how you treat someone is with neglect. Now, while I say that the GM greeted me and was kind that is where it stopped well, attitude reflects leadership. These people are the face of the brand and this is how they treat someone? After all was said and done I never got a phone and walked out with my non functioning device to wait 3 days!!! 3 days to get my new one in. This employee couldn't be without her phone for 2 minutes, as was visible by her constant checking of her phone but not the client and I have to wait 3 days? My issue is not so much with the phone itself but the lack of customer service provided during the visit. Needless to say I would have rather just gone home and called over the phone and taken care of this myself and will not walk into a store anytime in the near future. Also, let me not forget to mention that they didn't even give me the tracking information to track my phone so I will now have to call anyway to get this info so an absolute waste of an hour. read more

This location always seems to go out of their way NOT to help you. The first time we were in their was about 4 years ago trying to upgrade. We ended up going to the Best Buy across the street because they we're so much nicer. Best Buy was also who we choose the next time when we added new lines. Unfortunately Best Buy can not handle warranty replacements. So since the phone was freezing up we had to go to the corporate store. Sadly we we're shown once again why we do not go to this location. As even though our phone is in warranty they stated they will do nothing until they can duplicate the same incident. We took the time out of our day because of a warranty issue and we are suppose to stay their in hopes its happening. That is Not Customer Service. They even almost immediately after looking told us we have insurance we could file a claim? So you would say to file a claim but not swap it out with a refurbished phone in store to inconvenience a customer. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! read more
