The two ladies at this store are outstanding. They answered every question I had about changing my carrier to them. They were polite and extremely knowledgable about the service and its products. I did not change on this visit, but will go with this company in the next week or two. My current carrier lost service for 1/2 a day in April and when it was restored, I could not make outgoing calls on one of my cell lines. As much as I despise cell phones, it is impossible to survive without one in this time of our lives.

At 1:10 PM, 9/20/25, I entered the ATT store located at 3880 Stockton Hill Rd Ste 101, Kingman AZ…read more86409 to return an IPhone 14 Pro Max as a trade in on a IPhone 17 Pro Max.  I had received a return shipping box/label from ATT and packaged the IPhone 14 in it.  I was approached by an employee, "Jordan," and I explained my purpose.  Jordan opened the return package, tearing the UPS shipping label in half while doing so.  Jordan continually asked me why I was returning the phone.  At least three times, I explained that I was turning the phone in as a trade in.  After tearing open the return box/packaging and destroying the shipping label, Jordan told me that he could not accept the trade in phone and that I would have to call ATT to issue another shipping label.  I asked him to contact ATT since he destroyed the label.  Jordan became aggressive and refused.  I requested to speak to the manager of the store.  Jordan stated that he was the manager and he requested me to leave.  Jordan refused to provide his last name.  I attempted to take a photo of Jordan with my new IPhone 17 for future identification.  Jordan aggressively stepped toward me and grabbed the phone from my grasp.  He told me that I was trespassing and was not allowed to record video.  I asked if he was stealing my new phone in addition to destroying my shipping label.  He allowed me to take my phone back and I did take a photo of him prior to him being able to grab it again.  Ultimately, I left the store.  This event was witnessed by other employees and customers in the store.  It is an accurate account of events.  If ATT and/or Prime Communications have any interest in contacting me, please feel free.  Jordan was extremely unprofessional, confrontational, and actually physically assaultive.  I doubt this is the customer service image that is preferred by ATT/Prime Communications.

I was prepared to pay the $150. But I just had a couple questions! Again he cut me off and repeated his offer. I got visibly upset. I asked if he was the owner & he said No. I asked who was the owner and he said he did not have to reveal that information... I left and went to the place I used to go before I found them last year. Then he broke his last black boarder by the power button, I of course agreed to pay his original asking price $95.00 for a white boarder piece of glass. When I got home 117 miles away I discovered the wifi was not being picked up though out the house as it always had before. I needed to be right next to the router. I called Ken and he said the antenna is very delicate and is located next to the power button. He guessed he broke it when he broke the last black border glass in his inventory, hanging me with white and nearly no wifi ability. Rendering my iPad worthless as I use wifi all day at work. I took the iPad to iRepair on Spr Mtn in Las Vegas. They charged $64.00 to take Ken's white boarder glass off and replace the antennae. I texted a copy of the receipt to Ken and he broke off all contact. No refund. No response.
