Fast friendly staff, well trained and knowledgeable staff. Product quality is excellent and prices are reasonable.

I used to be a regular JARS customer. I lived in Detroit, where the company is based, and I loved shopping the Mesa location. My boyfriend worked the counter in Globe. People liked going to him because he knew the products and actually helped customers figure out what they wanted. He was well loved by customers and co-workers there. He later transferred to the Kingman store as a budtender. He applied for an inventory position there and they hired him. He took that job seriously. The scheduling was a problem. When he put in for vacation, they still scheduled him for five days. They paid out the vacation time, but they did not give him the extra days off. He ended up working long stretches, including six days in a row. He asked them politely not to do that again. He wanted his regular days off plus the vacation he requested. He did not just want extra pay on top of being left on the schedule. The very next day, a supervisor called him into the office and told him he had hygiene issues and needed to use body spray. That is not true. He told a couple of coworkers, and they were surprised. He contacted HR and never heard back. He is out of a job now. I would not feel comfortable going back to work if my manager targeted me for nicely asking them to correctly write the schedule, either. Not sure how one becomes a manager if they are this petty and can't write a schedule. I am not shopping at JARS anymore. There are local shops I would rather support that I am sure treat their employees much better than this. Will was a hard worker. He did not deserve to be humiliated and treated this way by the immature people running this shop. read more

They sold me a vape pen that didn't work and I had to wait for a week before I could get there. They didn't make it worth my trip. On my first visit, they sold me five for $20 pre-rolls but they actually sold them to me for $25. When I asked online, they didn't respond. Then I finally went in to get that vape pen and they said oh sorry, that's a corporate line. We never see those." This place has drastically gone downhill since opening. Terrible customer service. No one knows what's going on. Constant mis information being given. Parking lot is a mess and if not careful will damage your car as giant pot holes everywhere. Not enough parking for customers. No lists anymore so they have to bring half the store to the counter to look at. They got rid of the workers that had good attitude. Prices going up and quality going down. I hate coming here anymore. I know I'm instantly going to be in a bad mood. Jars wasn't always like this here. When they opened they were great. Had enthusiastic and happy workers that would actually help you and give you proper information. Whoever has been in charge of running this establishment needs to be replaced. I will not be going back as these issues have only been getting worse and worse. Update. The automatic bullshit response was received seconds after making my review. Shows how to little care. What a joke. Maybe try fixing what everyone has been complaining about for months. Also look at the pictures online for the jars grow by the airport. Huge problems with mites. The service is always great there. I have no complaints about the Bud-tenders at all. But I will say the quality control of the product is terrible. Too many times I get moldy or pesticides in my Bud. Just get your med card and drive to needles nothing out here is good. read more

The customer service representatives at this location are the best of the best. I live in Las vegas, my son lives in kingman this store tops any I have ever visited in Vegas. The prices are GREAT compared to Vegas, I get twice as much product here for same amount, and actually it is even better product. So cheaper prices- better product- superior customer service. I am a disabled veteran on a fixed income. I smoke cannabis for my cancer issues. I bought a 14 G bag of pre-ground flower. Price was fair and I was very happy. Upon opening it I found that it was not pre-ground flour, but pre-ground leaf and stem. It was so harsh it was like smoking a tobacco leaf. They say that it tested at 25%, there is no way. That might be what the Flower tested, but this is not Flower. This looks like the remnants of a Transport Bucket. Explained my situation and disapproval to the manager and he basically told me he would save me some money on my next trip in. LOL. One time was enough for me, very sad. He also admitted this was the same Garbage in their Pre-Rolls! Sounds to me like they are using 100 Percent of the plant for Pure Profit. read more

First time in and my last time in. I made my purchase and got what I was told was a free eighth for being a new customer. I came back in because the order I got was wrong when they gave me my order they took away the eighth and told me it actually wasn't a new customer deal was because I spent a certain amount of money. Good to know they like to lie to their customers being there will not be coming back. They are the definition of say anything to make a sell.
