Thank you Mike and Michelle for being one of the best clinics around. Extremely clean, very professional and knowledgeable. Products are spot on, prices are good too. I would recommend NMM to all in Laughlin. read more

terrible... how you run outta weed.. like you have one job... very confusing entrance, didn't have any sativa. Just dumb..

Rude staff. No product. Open door...wasting electricity with the A/C on. I looked online and saw the terrible reviews. But I went in any ways because there is NOTHING ELSE. Should have stayed at my casino. Waste of time. Buy before coming read more

Every single time I come here the bud tenders and receptionists are amazing. So welcoming and so friendly. I used to go all the way to Needles until I realized they have no clue what they're selling or talking about. If I know more than them that's a problem. Nevada made marijuana workers are so knowledgeable and professional. They also sell pieces for your water pipes and dab rigs! Great people and great company! read more

Friendly service. Had exactly what I wanted for a fair price. Easy and convenient to find from Bullhead City.

bone dry weed. full of fertilizer, sticky black ash. worst weed I've had in over 10 years

They say they carry stuff they don't carry. Don't waste your time here.. The girl in the front was sweet but the people in the back lack customer service. I called this place to see if they sold an item. They told me yes. Got a cab and when I get there they don't have any type or form of item i was looking for. This place is only here because they are conveniently open 24 hours near the strip of the casinos. But trust me. They are over price. Lack in customer service. And they don't even carry that many things to burn with. All they are good for are the basic. And nobody likes basic! They can do better. read more

The service here is extremely unprofessional, I had a terrible experience here. As I was just trying to enjoy my weekend here in Laughlin the workers are very rude and make Snarky comments, and it is notable that they don't take responsibility of their job seriously they reek of cigarettes and are obviously having excessive smoking breaks, when I had asked if I can speak to the manger I was finally expecting too see professionalism but it's quite clear why these employees are the way the are. Manger was very rude herself and started cursing us out to simply be in the employees side. You can't even ask a simple question here this place needs a whole new set of employees and management seriously, I would not recommend this place at all ! read more

I'm from Orange County, California & we have much better customer service in our dispensaries so I don't know if you have to be much older to shop here(since most crowds here are older than 40) but most of the employees are terribly rude, lady up front did not welcome me or care to even ask for my ID, she looks miserable & does not speak up. I guess they also have you know where to check out right away even before you get to look around as if they want you to get out on their way much quicker. But overall ONE employee seemed to help me quite well & was soft spoken, upon walking out same lady didn't care to thank me for coming. "Friendly" employees, I think not. I'll make sure I pack enough bud next time before I come out here. read more

My husband and I have been coming to Laughlin for years, always wanted to stop by to purchase but never did have the time. Well we finally did and the walk in, sign in and waiting was a bit much but understandable. Walked in assigned to cashier #2. Gilliam R greeting us with a wonderful personality and knowledgeable of what my husband was looking to purchase. Gilliam R continued to be patient with my questions of what I was maybe going to purchase. Thank you Gilliam for a wonderful experience and we will be back. read more

I felt welcomed from the first time I stepped into this dispensary. I've been coming here a couple of years now, and the customer service has always been fantastic. If you get online and research the products, the menu pretty much tells you what is in stock. It also gives you the THC content in that product. Anyway, overall great experience! The only complaint i really have, is it is a bit overpriced... As far as the flower being dry... Blame our air here!... Everything is dry! read more

Went here with family who suffers from back pain. I had my elderly mother with me. Her license was expired so the guy behind the counter said we had to leave. It wasn't fast enough for him so he YELLED that we had to leave. I said ok, I have my elderly mom here, I'll take her. It's very hot out there. He YELLED AGAIN. I told him not to yell at us. He said you can leave too. I said I have to leave with my elderly mother. He didn't think he was yelling but he is either deaf or doesn't think he's yelling because he has a face mask. I told him to get some of that weed he was selling because he needed to chill. I don't think an 85 yr old woman is going to wreck havoc in a weed place. She doesn't even know it is legal. The guy is an ashclown. Buy elsewhere read more

I will never go back. Need to teach the younger crowds how to deal with customers. Very unprofessional. They are not very friendly. I rather spend the gas money and go to the THC store in Needles. Your can get an 1/8 of weed for $10.00. Its worth it. Gummy for $10.00 a bag of 100. Don't go here. read more

Came in with my husband. It was his first time in a dispensery and didn't understand the whole process. The guy that checks you in was very short tempered and impatient. I love this dispensary. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Don't shy away because of these reviews. Bud Tenders Are Very Friendly & Knowledgeable. Awesome To Hold A Conversation & Be Very Informative. Vibes Are At An All Time High & Atmosphere Was Awesome. I called for them to add points for my purchase and they said they can't give me my at any time when the system is down. they said they notified everyone that this was the case. No one told me of this or I would have left and came back when the system was running again. No points could be added later. This is infair. this needs to be fixed. I just called because I got a text message at 10 am this morning of a Memorial Day sale they were having. I was interested in the 8th for 20$ , but it said only through the 24th. So I called , I was pretty annoyed and I assumed I was going to have to deal with someone that didn't care. I was fortunately very surprised. I was told by the lady on the line she was the Manager. She was so kind, she didn't come at me with any kind of attitude. She actually made me feel bad because I was such an ass! Kudos to that manager for fantastic managerial skills! Its always something with this place. Out of stock on 1 item canceled ENTIRE order or get home product is only filled half way. Then there are only a few good people who work there and they aren't in management, so good luck on getting decent customer service. Its time to just bite the bullet and drive to Needles California for my needs. read more

Went to stay at the Aquarius a few weekends ago, came from AZ. I'm a "nightly" pot smoker which started off for pain relief as I've had a few good surgeries within the past 3 years. Now I smoke for some minor pain, but mostly to get rid of the "crazies" as my husband puts it. Even though AZ has medical marijuana dispensaries, I don't want to fork out the $$ for the yearly card. Besides we'd be getting our supply from someone not in the dispensary business if ya know what I mean. So why pay for the card? Before even heading to Laughlin my husband already had done his research for the nearest dispensary in Laughlin via weed maps, and taa da...we found this gem right across the street from where we were staying. It sits on a corner and the doors are around the back. There were ppl coming and going. I was nervous at first as how can this be? U just walk in and get weed? Yup, it's that easy. Upon entering it looks like your average docs office waiting room. U walk up to the desk and give them your name and they look at your license to make sure your 21 I'm assuming. U them have a seat and wait for your name to be called. We waited maybe 15 mins and this was a Sat afternoon. They even had menus laying around. When our name was called we went into a back office where there are several registers and weed experts there to help u choose. They even let u smell some of them. We had an AMAZING weed expert named Monique. She was friendly and very knowledgeable, and funny too. She explained some of the diff types of weed and suggested a few. Her suggestions were spot on especially for the sour diesel. That is now my new fave. Smooth, 2 hits from a pre rolled joint and all is great. We also got cantaloupe Cush which for me was strong, like I gotta lay down and not function strong. Cherry Cush is good too. Cash only. All in all this place is awesome! Clean, friendly, professional, and we will be back...unless AZ finally decides to get with the program like they're neighboring states (NV & CA). But until then this gives us a reason to go to Laughlin even more. read more

You need to stop advertising Specials that you run out of. Have an alternative or make more. If not this is bait and switch!

Just take the drive to Vegas, it's not worth it. I just left there not even 30 mins ago. Let's be clear there are some great bud tenders that are fantastic! The manager is great and is always helping customers. However, a few of the bud tenders seem to be having trouble rushing the clients and explaining the different strains seems to bother them. I find that rude and disrespectful. A new customers may have all sorts of questions,do you rush them away or ignore their questions? I came in to get a few items and had questions, apparently there's a time clock for service. Additionally the lobby was nearly empty, parking lot the same. Enlighten me,what's the rush? read more

Drove from very far to get some lazy uneducated kid helping me. Super rude and not knowledgeable at all. I have been to dispensaries all over and have NEVER been this disappointed. Check it out I realize that last year when I attempted to go and purchase something from your place of business that I would have to wear a face covering . But when someone under your employment pulls rank on a customer that is waiting to go inside to do business is told not asked to put my mask on .... Outside mind you, and there were like 10 people there waiting outside to go in and no body is wearing a mask at that point and then one of your employees tells only one person out of 10 to put my mask on , I think maybe they are getting a little bit too bossy for their own good. Cuz it says on the door that if your wearing a mask on entry that you will have to pull it off while entering so that the cameras can see your full face . Then you put it back on if you had it on when you entered . It's just a shame that people feel the need to pull their weight like that ... For shame ! read more

They seemed very knowledgeable and carried a wide variety of products. They were friendly. The wait can be kind of long but to be expected.
