Man was so rude & pushy. Would not let me ask any questions. Just kept interrupting me, even after I explained that I just got out of the hospital and my mind was a bit foggy. He kept repeating that "There's one of two ways I can help you". (Pointing to the sign) I could sign up for the $99/monthly service or pay $150 and he will clean out the phone". I was prepared to pay the $150. But I just had a couple questions! Again he cut me off and repeated his offer. I got visibly upset. I asked if he was the owner & he said No. I asked who was the owner and he said he did not have to reveal that information... I left and went to the place I used to go before I found them last year. I will forever share my experience and refer people to anywhere but there! I went to the place I used to go before and it turned out I JUST HAD TO CHANGE MY GOOGLE PASSWORD! No charge!

I'm still paying for the phone, I've only had it and Verizon since April 1st, and noone has been able to help me fix the issue. The two that work at this particular store are horrible when it comes to helping the customer post sale. I was treated rudely and told I would not be leaving today with a new phone. Then she just walked away. Both her and Caleb ignored my presence for the remainder 30 or so minutes i was sitting there, trying to resolve my own problem. There were no other customers. When I walked in she was condescendingly telling an elderly gentleman that she tried to help him for six hours, in which he smartly responded, "I was here those same six hours", and walked out. Ma'am he is your elder, as i am. A little respect goes a long way. I went in looking to resolve a problem, not be treated rudely, and watch others receive the same. I'll never go in this useless Verizon location again. Edit* Hour and a half later, I have a new replacement phone on the way. Little girl, you just didn't WANT to help. They informed me that you COULD'VE done the same thing, you just chose not to. (Side-edit*ing this on my NEW phone, turns out I was right and it WAS a factory defect you sold me, as this one works perfectly, AND it's in the color I originally wanted, that you said you had in stock on the phone but failed to provide in person.) Clowns. Great customer service to get me signed up though, y'all must work on commission. Must be the limit of y'all's expertise, what you offered me. Sad. I feel for you both in the real world, and whoever has to deal with y'all. I'm sure you're less than tolerable, to say it nicer than what I was treated. I'll never step foot in this joke of a location again, and the manager you said you didn't have, I'll be talking to her momentarily. - Karen Edit AGAIN* Don't be fooled by their response. I reached out per their request, which only wasted more of my time with no resolve. The money I pay is not worth the treatment I received, I can easily go to a different carrier. Verizon is gettin too big for their britches.
