He kept repeating that "There's one of two ways I can help you". (Pointing to the sign) I could sign up for the $99/monthly service or pay $150 and he will clean out the phone". I was prepared to pay the $150. But I just had a couple questions! Again he cut me off and repeated his offer. I got visibly upset. I asked if he was the owner & he said No. I asked who was the owner and he said he did not have to reveal that information... I left and went to the place I used to go before I found them last year. I will forever share my experience and refer people to anywhere but there! I went to the place I used to go before and it turned out I JUST HAD TO CHANGE MY GOOGLE PASSWORD! No charge!

Went the next day 4/23/2019 I went after work so 6pm and again it was a hassle about this fraud deal and it came out that I was approved because I had never had Verizon before. This time Jivy helped me. He was so patient with all this process of getting my account up and going. Both times I was there about 3 hours because of this problem that I had and we where able to fix it. So thank you Shannon and Jivy for being so patient with me and working with me to get this problem fix. Both of you had awesome Customer service. Both my mom and I are very happy with the phones and plan that we got!!!!

The two that work at this particular store are horrible when it comes to helping the customer post sale. I was treated rudely and told I would not be leaving today with a new phone. Then she just walked away. Both her and Caleb ignored my presence for the remainder 30 or so minutes i was sitting there, trying to resolve my own problem. There were no other customers. When I walked in she was condescendingly telling an elderly gentleman that she tried to help him for six hours, in which he smartly responded, "I was here those same six hours", and walked out. Ma'am he is your elder, as i am. A little respect goes a long way. I went in looking to resolve a problem, not be treated rudely, and watch others receive the same. We had to pay $24.97 in UPS fees just to have our packages rerouted to a UPS Access location just so we can get the Amazon items we ordered. So everything is now going to be a week late for delivery. I can't recommend having anything shipped here because the value just isn't there. You'll end up with notices from UPS saying the business is closed, can't access the Amazon locker, etc. Will never have packages sent there again and we had to file a complaint with Amazon.
