(available on prime). the adapter i got was the KM-IPHONE-MIC. $29 including s&h. i bought the adapter online with no problems from kvconnection.com and it got here very quickly. which is awesome because i am in seattle. and this little adapter shipped out of Kitty Hawk, NC... the state where i grew up! i miss being being to drive down for a day trip to the beach at Wrightsville Beach. real beaches in the summer with hot and humid weather and warm sand. back to the real story... so far so good! i figure that with the $20 lav mic from amazon, and this $29 adapter (it looks to be home made as far as i can tell, so i will use it gently so that it doesn't pre-maturely break) i can make semi-professional quality digital videos. one of my absolute biggest annoyances with homemade videos that are decently made VISUALLY, is the HORRIBLE AUDIO that usually goes along with it. now with my $49 in a mic+adapter invested, i should have pretty darn good quality videos! now all i need the $3k dream machine i have been passionately pining over for the last year: a 15" retina macbook pro!!!

I tried to -exchange them only - for a different size. Not return them, not get money back, didn't even want a different pair of shoes. They declined- shoes had no blemishes, all tags still on and in the same bag they came in originally. Worst customer service ever. They told me to come back when the "main manager" was in town didn't even look at the shoes. Well I work and my younger daughter is in school and has practice that's why I'm there on a Saturday. Also mind you my older daughter spent about $200 in the store for herself and her sister. They'll take your money no problem but their exchange policy is not good. I will never shop here and my older daughter will not be shopping here again either. In fact you just lost a potential family of 5 bc initially she mentioned how nice everyone was - and I was excited to check it out, yeah when you are spending your money they are nice, need customer service? - nope that's where they draw the line. We will take our money somewhere that has a more customer focused mentality.

We were publicly stopped and searched inside the store despite having done nothing wrong. There was no explanation and no apology once it was clear no theft had occurred. The experience was humiliating, frightening, and completely inappropriate for a routine shopping trip. We won't be returning. Shoppers should be aware of how quickly a normal visit here can escalate.

7/2/20 One of the friendliest people I met on this island…read more Brenda's store doesn't sell clothing for men, but there maybe be jewelry or merchandise for your loved ones:) On the day we were there, Brenda was selling clothing and jewelry with 20% off. When looking around Brenda's shop, I did not see any fitting rooms at first glance. Then I saw one fitting room for my wife. However, it turns out there is a second fitting room in her store. Brenda greeted every client that walked into her store. She told them about the discounts and if they need help, let her know. Brenda has a great sense of humor as I found out while waiting for my wife. We did not find anything to buy this time around, but I did like Brenda's professionalism for her clients and store.. Way to go Brenda.
