I can buy lots of good snacks and groceries here for a decent price. The employees here are very pleasant and the store is easy to navigate. As with all Target stores, they have an app where you can purchase online and pick up in store if you so choose to. But not me. I like bright and shiny new stores, so in I went for some absolutely random shopping!

I took my 2005 Jeep Wrangler in for multiple services and a state inspection. After completing all…read morethe services the running issue had not been resolved and the worst part was that they entered the wrong millage into the inspection. I called the service department multiple times and they said they didn't know how to fix this issue. I even called the DMV and they told me how they could fix the issue and i passed this info along to them but they never did anything about it. Now when i go to get an inspection next year the millage will me lower than the year before and there is a high likelihood that this will flag on a Carfax report that the odometer has been altered. Again i have tried multiple attempts to get this rectified. I most defiantly will not be using Jeep again for service.

We needed help unloading the truck so I contacted Hardy to provide the labor. No problem; the men showed up on time and within an hour the truck was unloaded and everything was in place with zero damage. We also used Hardy for the bulk of the move from Annapolis to OBX. Charles drove up, did a walk through and provided a very reasonable estimate. The men drove up from OBX and arrived on time and went right to work loading the truck. No surprises loading or unloading. When it came time to pay the bill, Charles called me a said the load was about 900lb lighter than the estimate and adjusted the bill down accordingly. If he hadn't said anything, I never would have known. I can't say enough about the men who did the work. To a person they were careful, efficient, friendly and worked as a team. Well done men, you're the best. I wouldn't hesitate using you again.

On the morning of the move, no one showed up. I called and they were able to pull a crew together, but it was several hours later. Needless to say it really turned into a horrible day. They also didn't have any paperwork. It says on their web site that everything is inventoried. Not so. They packed everything in the truck and left. I had nothing. My belongs were in storage about 3 weeks. When they were delivered one couch had been wrapped for protection, the matching one was not and had black marks and hand prints on it. They also lost at least two boxes and my vacuum cleaner! They did take my word on this because there was no inventory.
