It is hard for me to express how happy and grateful I am for the lovely floral arrangement created and delivered by Anderson's Florist. I live in California and searched for a florist who would deliver to the Outer Banks of North Carolina. This order was special to us because it was a sympathy arrangement and we wanted to convey our sincerest sympathy while providing some cheer. I didn't know exactly what type of arrangement or colors I wanted, but I took a chance by ordering a Designer's Choice Premium Sympathy floral arrangement. I ordered online last night in California time and it was delivered this morning to the Outer Banks! Our recipient sent a photo of the beautiful arrangement and it was far beyond our expectations. Regarding my review from last summer, here is my receipt for the order was never received. Since you said one could not be found. If you refund my money, I will be glad to take my comment down. I stand by my review from a delivery that was placed and paid for but no one ever called me or the person flowers were sent to. They did not bother leaving the flowers at the person's home. I paid a lot for delivery. I had to call and ask why the flowers were not delivered. No flowers and no refund. read more

I wanted to give a huge shout out to these fine folks. My sister, who lives in KDH, just had major surgery and I wanted to send flowers to cheer her up. I live in California, so it was just a random listing I saw when searching for florists. Boy, did I choose the right one. The arrangement was much better than what was described or expected. I ordered same day delivery flowers to my Aunt and I couldn't believe how beautiful the arrangement came out. I ordered the "Peaceful Easy Feeling" and it was even more beautiful than the online image. I'm always so nervous with flower deliveries because unless someone sends you a picture, you don't know if what they received looks anything like the arrangement you selected. Just want to give a big shout out out to Jimmy for going above & beyond to take care of me. I live in Southern California & had ordered some flowers on Friday to get delivered the same day. Unfortunately the company credit card I used was decline to due another manager spending a large amount on it earlier in the day. Jimmy tried to call me multiple times & even emailed me trying let let me know what was going on but I had failed to get any of the messages as I was super busy at work that day. It wasn't until about 6:00pm CA time 9pm N.C time that I realized what had happened. I immediately emailed Jimmy followed by a phone call to the store to see if I could somehow get them to the person first thing Saturday morning as they were leaving that morning. Jimmy actually answered the phone & after hearing what had happened & why I wanted to get the flowers he decided to go out of his way & wake up early to get the flowers ready before the recipient left her vacation house. The end result was that everything worked out & she received her flowers, balloons & chocolate in time before she left her vacation home. The reason for the flowers is because I felt bad as it was her birthday & her husband was doing work for our company in California & he had to leave on her bday & during the family reunion/vacation to finish the job. In the end she was very happy & amazed that in 30 years no one her husband has worked for has done anything like this. If it wasn't for Jimmy & Anderson's Florist OBX it would never of happened.
