I live in California and searched for a florist who would deliver to the Outer Banks of North Carolina. This order was special to us because it was a sympathy arrangement and we wanted to convey our sincerest sympathy while providing some cheer. I didn't know exactly what type of arrangement or colors I wanted, but I took a chance by ordering a Designer's Choice Premium Sympathy floral arrangement. I ordered online last night in California time and it was delivered this morning to the Outer Banks! Our recipient sent a photo of the beautiful arrangement and it was far beyond our expectations. Gorgeous flower selections with a beautiful uplifting & subtle color combination, all arranged with style & skill. Again, I am so happy and grateful to have found and selected Anderson's Florist.

Horrible communication from the beginning. That's when we should have walked away. To top it off,…read moreflowers were not ready on the wedding day and despite her admitting she knew the day prior they would not be ready she failed to let us know this. We had friends travel 35 minutes each way to get them during the agreed upon time to find Dorothy was not present and her husband said she was out playing tennis and had no idea what they were talking about. Add insult to injury, on $900 worth of flowers she thought $50 to pay for the friends gas was enough to fix it. Lacks ability to take ownership and say "I'm sorry"- instead she said "life happens and we roll with it." She delivered 2.5 hours after the agreed upon time and flower arrangements were pretty but many went to waste due to the delay. It's not worth the stress on your wedding day, brides beware. In regards to owner response, I'm happy to post all emails and the full signed contract to this review.

I don't live anywhere near his area, so I used Yelp to find a florist nearby. I called Jeffrey's and explained the order - my friend lives in a very rural area, so I had to suss out whether or not they would deliver. They did for a reasonable fee. I placed my order and it was delivered just about two hours later - the delivery person even called to let me know it had been delivered (especially because my friend couldn't come to the door because of the immobile foot issue). The bouquet turned out beautiful. All around an excellent experience! I recommend this business if you need flowers in this area!

Last two times Cathy spoke to the driver to confirm and called me back - again it'll be there any moment. Finally, as we're leaving for our reservation at 6pm it's determined that the driver forgot the order and it'll be another 15 minutes. I cancelled the order. Luckily, my wife was less upset than I was. I assume you need to pay for "timed delivery" if you want good service. Yes, Cathy apologized and offered to redeliver at no cost on Monday but the anniversary was over. Too little to late.
