Very poor delivery and communication. Flowers for our anniversary were not delivered. I contacted, and spoke to Cathy 3 times to confirm the order (4:30, 5:00, and 5:30pm) and delivery status, each time being assured that it's on it way, it'll be there any moment. Last two times Cathy spoke to the driver to confirm and called me back - again it'll be there any moment. Finally, as we're leaving for our reservation at 6pm it's determined that the driver forgot the order and it'll be another 15 minutes. I cancelled the order. Luckily, my wife was less upset than I was. I assume you need to pay for "timed delivery" if you want good service. Yes, Cathy apologized and offered to redeliver at no cost on Monday but the anniversary was over. Too little to late. read more

I'm from out of town and ordered flowers for my daughter who just moved back. Was somewhat disappointed. I ordered spring flowers for $60. I know that's not the most expensive, but it looked like about a $25/30 arrangement. The arrangement was squatty looking and was about1/2 white flowers. I could have gotten 3xs more flowers with more color at Sam's for the same amount of money, and on top of that I paid $20 for delivery. I let the owner know of my disappointment when I received my bill. Never heard back. read more

A colorful and beautiful selection of flowers delivered as ordered. I will not hesitate to call Julian's again

This place makes ordering bouquets simple, allowing you to focus on the occasion rather than the job of getting flowers. I ordered from Julian's because my dear friend's father passed away from COvID-19. I wanted to get something beautiful and cheerful for my friend. I did everything online! The website had beautiful photos to choose from and made picking a bouquet simple. The prices were a little hefty and I had to pay a $15 delivery fee. However: I was supporting a local business, the flowers used were seasonal and they delivered so the price justified itself. The bouquet was beautiful and looked just like the picture!!! I highly recommend this flower shop to anyone looking for beautiful flowers to celebrate an event. Thank you! I can't wait to come in person and/or order in person. read more

I was given the "gazer" set I think that's the name of it, dont quote me on that. Anyways it was sent to me a late surprise birthday gift on the 17th of April. The lady that dropped them off was so nice. Long story short there were no star gazer lilies just pink ones; (star gazes are my favorite) so my sister in law called them about it. Turned out the glazers they had on hand were still in their blub stage, and we all completely understand that they didnt want to send out a nice arrangement with the star of the show (pun intended) ready for the stage. I was expecting just the star gazers in one of those arrangements wrapped with...paper tissue you stuff gift bags with? I honestly don't know what's used. No they went above and beyond with a simple yet lovely arrangement in a pretty clear vase. One of the flowers just about fully bloomed the rest still bulbs which is what I wanted i want to make that clear. I dont have a green thumb so it's nice to hold on to the flowers a little long and watch them bloom. Thank you guys so much! You have no idea how much this pulled me out of my slump! You guys keep doing what you do best! For all my floral needs I will be coming here for now on...I'll make sure the husband remembers to go here for now on. Again thank you so much! read more

I wanted to surprise my wife by giving her flowers and I contacted Julian's Flowers. When I talked to "Jay" he asked me what was the occasion. I told him it was no special occasion I just wanted to surprise her. Jay suggested a floral arrangement instead of roses which I have been doing for years. I asked Jay if he could have the floral arrangement delivered within a couple of days. He said no problem. When the floral arrangement came to the house, I was thrilled. As you can see in the photo, it was beautifully created, unique with lots of different flowers and vibrant colors. Needless to say when my wife arrived later in the afternoon she was overjoyed. Placed order online. Didn't receive flowers ordered. Called At least 15 times to get someone to answer the phone about the delivery. I was promised they will still make delivery. Well it's 3 hours past closing business hours, and haven't received a call back or email about purchase. Will never make a purchase from here again. read more

Would definitely order from again, very friendly and the flowers were beautiful. There was an issue with delivery (not their fault but mine) and they were very accommodating and delivered at a later time. read more

Home delivery! Julián comes to our home each week and creates magnificent fresh arrangements. His flowers are fragrant and fresh. Each arrangement lasts three times as long as any that I have purchased. Julian's creativity is displayed in each arrangement. He came to our house and learned from us before preparing the perfect piece of art for my table and counter. Julian's arrangements are beautifully priced as well! Julian's work is also on display at my open houses! read more

I wanted to make sure I got flowers for my mommy & grandma in time for Mother's Day. So instead of being late as usual, I decided to order early. So glad I did and so glad I went with Julian's Flowers. Customer service: I'm out of state and placed an online order. Before placing the order, I called to ask a few questions. No matter how many times I called, there was always a pleasant voice on the other end to address my questions with patience. That put me at ease and made me feel confident in placing an order with them. So glad I did! There was a delay with one of my flowers, so it had to be delivered the next day. No worries, they called me and explained the issue and how it would be resolved. Great customer service goes a long way! Needless to say, I would definitely order from them again! Soon as my mommy sends me pics of the flowers, I'll post them. read more

I emailed right after I received my flowers on Valentines Day, and received a reply immediately. There was no hesitation for my request for a full refund and having my flowers and candy picked up. I was then offered a new bouquet of whatever flowers I wanted, and at first said no thank you. I was told by Cathy's nephew it would be free of charge and he would bring them back that day. Well...my husband received his refund, and I received a HUGE bouquet of Gerbera daisies in a couple hours. Needless to say, I was totally blown away by the prompt and professional response. I will definitely give them another chance with my business. read more

Thanks so much for the wonderful arrangement! My wife and I are across the country and unable to spend Thanksgiving with our family in Norfolk. A few days before Mother's Day weekend, I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mom via the Bloom Nation website. When my mom didn't receive the flowers as expected on the Saturday of Mother's Day weekend, I called the the florist shop directly on the afternoon of Mother's Day and they were able to send flowers out right away and my mom received them a few hours later (amazing!). Apparently there was a problem on the Bloom Nation website (not the fault of the florist) where the order did not go through. I am very grateful for the friendliness and willingness of the florist to help resolve the issue (also, on a super busy day for flower deliveries)! read more

There was a small snafu with the flowers I sent my sister for Mother's Day, but the way these guys went above and beyond to make it up to us was truly the kind of customer service that creates customer loyalty, the kind you only get from a small business. Thanks for a great experience, and the flowers were absolutely lovely. read more

Flowers were beautiful, but I had asked them to be delivered anonymously and they were not. Still a wonderful arrangement.

We used Julian's Flowers for our wedding. We had a small intimate family members only wedding and with 30 days notice, Jay was able to create exactly what we envisioned for our special day. He has an eye for small detail and every step of the process was easy. Their customer service is unmatched and as well as their pricing. I was truly blown away when we received the flowers and the entire house smelled amazing. We had to travel out of town and they were packaged perfectly to ensure they were safe. I will always recommend Julian's Flowers to anyone I can. You will not regret it! read more

JULIAN'S FLOWERS ARE THE BEST! Beautiful arrangement with total customer satisfaction. We ordered an arrangement over the phone since we were not in the area. The owners responded immediately by calling back after I left a message about an order. They took their time to listen and to understand what design I wanted. So grateful for their customer service as the total experience was great. The arrangement was absolutely stunning, beautiful, and artistically expressive. We will now order future arrangements from JULIAN'S and with confidence that we will be pleased. THANK YOU JULIAN'S!! read more

One of my coworkers received a beautiful arrangement by Julian's Flowers. I looked them up and ended up ordering flowers from them for mother's day. My mom loved them! All of the flowers looked so pretty and they stayed healthy-looking for a long time. She also said she received many compliments from her coworkers on the flowers. The owners are super easy to reach by phone and email, which is an added bonus. I've also recommended Julian's Flowers to my friends for bridal showers, weddings, etc. I will definitely be ordering from them again! read more

This past weekend, I called Julian's Flowers to order an orchid plant for my good friend who had had a death in her family. From the moment I called and spoke to the owner, I knew I had called the right place. The owner, Julian, and his wife took great care of me and went searching for the perfect orchid, which they delivered on a Sunday. My friend absolutely loved her orchid, and by coincidence, also received a vase of fresh cut roses from Julian's sent by someone else that she said were beautiful. I highly recommend this florist if you want personalized service! read more
