We had a zoom call with her just before our wedding to work out all the details and I even added a poem a few days out and she easily accommodated all our wants and changes. On the day of, she was right on time (early in fact) and looked wonderful and professional for our easygoing beach ceremony. My parents got lost and couldn't find parking and she wasn't worried at all. She's personable and kind, has an easy demeanor and makes you feel at home when you meet her, and, when the ceremony came, she was 100% professional and excellent.
