Not what you expect from a caterer. The BBQ didn't look fresh. See pictures. Taste was bland. Nobody ate it. Dessert looked and tasted like it was from a Duncan Hines box. We asked for some ham and turkey sandwiches. He gave us one slice of cheese and one slice of cold meat on each sandwich, so ratio of bread to meat was off. Bread didn't taste fresh. Fixings were all jarred from grocery store. Pretty sure he bought everything in a grocery store and put it in foil tins, but charged catering prices. Save yourself a ton of money and frustration and order delivery from a local restaurant or go to grocery store yourself for this level of quality.

I was able to e-mail Mike a menu and from there he took over. He took care of all the shopping as well. He was on time with his delivery and even threw in a few extra things! The meal was outstanding. My family and I spent the majority of the dinner talking about how delicious every item was and we were each saying what our favorite thing was. (As a side note, the stuffing was the best I have ever had!). All of my interactions with Mike were very professional and his response time in getting back in touch with me was quick.
