He was rude stating that that speaker/mic for the ceremony was only for the officiant which was not what was told the week of the wedding. Then was rude telling me either way it was not what I paid for which didn't even work because my guests could not hear the ceremony or the toasts at the wedding. It was very frustrating that day and now again the owner was being rude to me on the phone when I was just trying to voice my opinion to let him know things were not working the day of the wedding.
