I called Jeffrey's and explained the order - my friend lives in a very rural area, so I had to suss out whether or not they would deliver. They did for a reasonable fee. I placed my order and it was delivered just about two hours later - the delivery person even called to let me know it had been delivered (especially because my friend couldn't come to the door because of the immobile foot issue).
