This is to say, this isn't the review of a one-time dissatisfied customer, but one that just was done with the BS. On the last purchase, we bought many items to fully renovate several bathrooms. The contractor spoke with Nancy a few times, giving her specific measurements for the materials needed for the bathroom walls inside the shower/tub. The order was made in March and seven weeks later (late) the order arrives with an incorrect amount of materials needed to finish the job. There was specifically not enough for the bathroom accent wall and the corner trims. The contractor was forced to order elsewhere to get enough materials to finish the job. As a consequence, the project has been very delayed. I am extremely disappointed with the treatment, service, and lack of communication. We had to email more than once and call to get a response They couldn't give me back the time my family spent trying to figure out how to make this work out. Or the fact that we couldn't use the house for months because we were waiting for materials and then for the fix-up job. However, they COULD have sent us the right amount of materials. Or refunded our money. None of which they were willing to do. First, I would like to apologize for my delay in responding to your email. I have been overwhelmed this week and am just now catching up emails, phone calls, etc.. Eventually, in July, Nancy responded saying she "wanted someone to make sure the measurements were accurate" because what we ordered was "a special order which can't be returned. This is why the order was delayed originally." I honestly have no idea what that meant, since our contractor gave the right measurement, and what they sent just didn't match what was sent from us. She then says that "Someone should have contacted me to see what options were available before taking another course of action. I have no recourse because I can't return the product." I honestly don't know who this someone is, they should probably get their act together.

TL;DR: Happy with our experience…read more I'm always nervous about projects around the house and the people we hire to do the projects. My husband and I met with a few different bathroom remodeling companies to change out our uneven shower stall that pooled a lot of water to the side of the shower and therefore didn't drain. We decided to go with Rodney at Full Circle Kitchen & Bath. We were able to schedule an appointment for an estimate for the same day that we called him. When he arrived, he gave us a flat base price for the shower stall and the labor, and then told us how much the extra shelving, seat, and grab bar we wanted would cost on top of the base price. Once we called Rodney to tell him we wanted to move forward with the project, he sent us a contract to review via email within about a day. After we reviewed the contract and agreed to it, he visited our house again to sign the contract, collect the downpayment for supplies and re-measure the shower stall. Rodney uses Sentrel products for the showers he installs including the showers he installed at his own house. He ordered the Sentrel shower stall and other accessories and once those arrived, he called to schedule installation for that same week. Rodney is eager to start working early in the morning at 7am. He only works on one project at a time and doesn't split his time between clients, so there aren't half-finished projects that sit for days or weeks at a time when you hire him. He works weekends as well as weekdays. Rodney is prompt to answer questions via email and phone. My husband and I stayed home while Rodney and his assistant worked on the shower stall. They covered the carpet so it wouldn't get dirty or damaged. Rodney is a serious worker that strives to do a good job. He told us every time he was going to shut the water off and for how long it would be off, so we could prepare for that. He called us over to look at any strange house issues that would interrupt the progress and to get our opinions about how to proceed. We had a very uneven floor, floor joists too spaced apart, waterpipes that were coming up through the shower floor instead of behind the wall, and a giant hole carved out of one of the floor beams for the drainpipe. The new shower handle was defective and leaking, so Rodney put in a temporary handle for us to use the shower until the company sends a replacement that he can swap out. Also, he showed us how to change the handle ourselves if at some point in the future we decide that we want a new handle or need a new cartridge. Additionally, the previous owners had put up tile around the old shower stall on the walls that we wanted to keep if possible. Rodney was able to save that for us. Rodney also uses the expensive silicone sealant so there shouldn't be mold growth and we shouldn't have to re-caulk. He used Pex pipes to replace the copper pipes that were coming in at weird angles. We haven't used the shower yet as we're waiting for the sealant to dry completely, but I'm feeling good about the experience we had and am glad we hired Rodney.
