I missed this in my initial conversation. That's a huge red flag. I don't know of another internet provider that charges for installation. The guy came out on a Sunday and got me hooked up or so I thought. Not long after he left it stopped working but due to my schedule it took them two weeks to get back. They finally got it working- speed was as promised. Then I got my bill - my $24.95/ month was no where on the bill. After 30 minutes on the made the adjustments. We'll see how things go from here

Never received prior notice of this insane increase. Called multiple times regarding the matter. Each time, I was "referred" to someone else. Finally talked with a rep who said a mention of the increase was on page 3 of statement. Never received statement. Then I was told that I should look up my account online "every" month to verify my monthly bill. I was told that bc I was an existing customer, they could sign me up for SAME svc I was receiving at $60 for only $105. BOTTOM LINE: If u use XFinity/Comcast, read ur paper bill thru page 3 snd/our check ur bill monthly online so u will know if ur bill will also double. Bye XFinity!

The bill used to be 39.99 flat per month now it's 85 for basic low grade service . Do your self a favor and just go with the bigger guys cause this company's a joke plus the bigger guys are cheaper !!! I've had a line go down tech took a week to come out to fix it then another week cause he didn't have a bucket truck to connect it . Like I said subpar service, now it's back out on Friday and will take until Monday if not longer . If this was a major customer service oriented company it would of been fixed the next day not when they felt like it

My husband arranged for Dish to come and install our Google Nest Learning Thermostat. For some…read morereason the install was free, which was nice! The only glitch was the installation was initially scheduled for Sunday; however, Dish rescheduled it for Wednesday via an email that my husband overlooked. WE have an aggressive dog, and we have to medicate him when strangers are in our house, so the installation appointment change messed up our day due to medicating our dog unnecessarily. on Wednesday, the technician showed up, was extremely polite and spent about 2 hours on the installation. He updated hubs' phone with the app and walked him through using the app. Unfortunately, the second Google thermostat we bought doesn't work on split system HVACs which means we will need an additional installation for that thermostat. I thought the Dish technician did a great job and I would recommend them and Google thermostats!
