I missed this in my initial conversation. That's a huge red flag. I don't know of another internet provider that charges for installation. The guy came out on a Sunday and got me hooked up or so I thought. Not long after he left it stopped working but due to my schedule it took them two weeks to get back. They finally got it working- speed was as promised. Then I got my bill - my $24.95/ month was no where on the bill. After 30 minutes on the made the adjustments. We'll see how things go from here

All I had to do was package the modem, put the label on and take it to a Fed Ex drop off. Shipping was paid for by WOW. After about 10 minutes an associate came out the back and finally assisted me. Because I am still in my parents' account, I had to call them to get me added, which took about 15 minutes, but the associate that was helping me left me there for about 20 minutes. When he was there, he was great, just wasn't a fan of being left for long periods of time.

Even at $59.95 a month I can run my online weather station 24 / 7 plus run all 3 of our TV's, play games on our phones, run our computers and laptops and our tablets at a comfortable pace with no problems whatsoever. We have had 3 strong storms come through here and the first thing I thought was oh boy we're gonna lose our power and internet but to my surprise our internet never even missed a beat. I walked in to pay my bill and one of the girls asked me why did I come in instead of calling. Who asks a customer that? That girl was the young overweight Caucasian with glasses and dyed blonde hair. A car pulled up and she said "stupid fucker just go home". I was...appalledshe spoke to me rudely but I was in a good mood so I just brushed her off which also made her angry somehow. She spoke at very unnecessary times and you can tell she gets angry when she doesn't get her way. the other white girl seemed to attempt to do her job but she still seemed like she just wanted to solve the issue and get me to leave as soon as possible. The black girl was in training and I felt bad because she has such terrible examples to lead her.
