We had a small hiccup with an online curbside pick up order. Jake, the manager in Athens, AL, went out of his way to make it right for us! Everyone knows what kind of store that staples is obviously. This particular store though has a manager that will be going places in life. He will absolutely go out of his way to make sure that all of the customers are being helped and attended to. Even going so far as to personally walk you all the way across the store if needed. And I appreciate his type of old-fashioned service. read more

The Athens' Staples store is my go-to place for office supplies, school supplies, printing and copying, and even office furniture. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and the products are top-notch. read more

Great people work here but the parking lot is a bit of an insult to the customers. You have a long hike to get to the front door because of the bizarre set up. I like to come here but I hate the parking lot. read more

Manager is rude and yells when he talks, which scares the customers. He also sits in his office watching all the customers on the cameras the moment they walk in the store, and then radios to his under-manager to go keep an eye on certain people. The employees just stand around without offering any assistance or greeting when you walk in, all they do is stare at you while you shop. They look at you suspiciously if you leave without buying anything because the only exit is to go through the cash registers. The whole store just makes me feel very uncomfortable. read more
