There was a minor problem that occurred after the repair which he addressed very quickly and efficiently. He kept me posted via text on the repair and was very reliable in getting my machine back to me. He even cleaned it (which it really needed) and gave me some tips on how to get the best use out of a new battery. I'd go back to him again if I need help in the future.

I was told to come in the next afternoon for replacement and they replace my old discontinued headphones with a with a current replacement model and a new set of wireless porta pros. There is a big sign visible from the North-South Freeway (43) that says "KOSS WORLD HEADQUARTERS". Some of the older reviews indicate that this was a location with retail (outlet) sales available. It still says Outlet Store on the door but it seems they are only doing warrantee dropoffs. The paper sign on the door says "The Koss Factory Store is now open for Warranty only. For purchases, please visit us at www.koss.com. Thank you." Oh well :-( Pro tip: It can be hard to find. Put "4155 N Port Washington Rd, Milwaukee, WI 53212" into your GPS and look for the Home depot. Across the parking lot is the Koss building.
