I guess I saved a dinosaur of a phone its already absolete!! She did a good job trying and finally told us to try Metro PCS. We will get rid of our Metro phones as soon as Verizon reopens. We have to use them on WiFi when we are home anyway so no loss!! The metro ordeal was another story! Horrible! We would go to TMobile but we would be in the same position.
