In the past, this store probably deserved its rating, but someone new in management has taken it to the next level. Employees are knowledgeable, attentive, friendly, responsive, considerate, sensitive, nice, caring, resourceful, responsible, and overall have positive attitude makes this an excellent store to visit. My recent visit included switching service from AT&T to Verizon, porting an existing number, deciding on a new device, and buying appropriate accessories. They were able to answer all my questions, explain everything efficiently, recommended products, pitch their current deals without being too pushy, and make my visit as enjoyable as possible. People talk about Apple stores being on the cutting edge of retail, Apple must being taking notes from the team at this Verizon store. Top notch. 10/10 would recommend people go out of their way to go to this store.

***DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION***…read more On 2/13 I spent 1.5 hours here to upgrade two phones. After the staff failed 3x to migrate apps/data/settings to new phone, I asked for the charges to be reversed and my old phones reinstated. Travis the store manager then told me he couldn't help with a refund. He explained all of the fees were non-refundable and neither he nor his employees had to inform customers about non-refundable items. He also said that it wasn't his nor his employees responsibility to make our new phones work. Effectively, he is accountable for nothing. Then his team charged me a restocking fee of $55 for each phone that they couldn't setup. Fortunately, I called Verizon and got all of the fees reversed. Clearly Travis is wrong or flat out lied. I cannot say it more clearly, go somewhere else or call Verizon. The employees here are unhelpful, dishonest, and have no idea what good customer service is.

For the record, I've been with Verizon Business for twenty six years, mainly due to the cellular reception here in Denver and throughout the rural West where I still travel to climb, backpack and enjoy the beauty of our rural country. Verizon's cellular service is tops, but their customer service stinks as well as their plans and pricing. Ok... I went to TMobile for their top of the line plan including Satellite service. Nick the representative handled everything very well. But it was me who was a bit nearsighted as I should have double checked the service at my home, located in the mid City, before venturing to TMobile. The service at TMobile is non existent at my home! Incredulous I say! TMobile touts its coverage in Denver and other cities as the best of the best. Not here! Anyway, I let the porting of my number expire from Verizon and both assistant managers, Simone and Johnny helped me on two visits to return the new IPhone 17 Pro Max and credit my card and closed the account with professionalism and genuine consumer service. It's too bad that TMobile didn't work at my home for I will reluctantly return to Verizon Business and deal with their customer service which falls far short in comparison to TMobile.

He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all our questions without rushing us, and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and takes pride in doing things the right way. Outstanding customer service from start to finish. If you're heading into Xfinity, do yourself a favor and ask for Brandon. He turned what could have been a headache into a great experience.

Woke up this morning to my clients normal $35 bill suddenly changed to $95 overnight with no email…read morenotification or explanation to the over 2x increase. Got to spend the last hour trying everything to get ahold of anyone who works with comcast. No phone number, useless chat bots who pretend to not know what's going on to attempt to sell you on long term expensive plans and then suddenly understand exactly what you're asking when I threatened to cancel her services in total if we couldn't find a solution, literally have to make an appointment or go into the store. How incredibly inconvenient, inaccessible and overall stupid. Everyone has always told me how awful this scam of a company is but each and every time I have a run in with this company I'm reminded they can always get worse.
