    The old adage goes, that for business to succeed, you focus on three things "Location Location…read moreLocation". But location doesn't mean squat if you never show up to open your doors. Walmart hates Cellairis because they never show up on time - or even at all. When your hours are posted on the internet, customers depend on you to be there. Not being reliable, means you're not supporting the customer and don't have the right concerns to operate a business.

The first time everything seemed fine, then I found that Siri wasn't working and nobody could hear me on speakerphone conversations. After research I found a forum suggesting improper placement of an adhesive strip where the microphone for Siri and speakerphone conversations is. This wrongful placement of adhesive was done by the MANUFACTURER of the replacement screen. All that was done to rectify this issue was the technician removed the adhesive with complete disregard for the adhesives purpose...rather than re-aligning the adhesive or finding a replacement screen that didn't need to have the adhesive re-aligned. Management was notified and I was offered a 50% discount to have it replaced again. WHAT??! That's bananas! This store doesn't care for the quality of product they sell and very clearly doesn't care for its customers or reputation.

    I hate to leave a review for a retailer, when the problem lies with Cricket itself. But Cricket…read moredoes not have a yelp listing. I have had my phone shut off twice in the 10 months I've had service. The first was within 2 weeks, when they decided to add me to someone's account, no one I knew. So without their PIN I was powerless. They wanted to then charge me $20 to fix their error & put me back on my own account. No one at the retail location can assist, so you have to speak with barely English speaking reps, explain yourself numerous times, only to still not have it resolved. Now the phone doesn't work, which the retail location determined there was no damage to the phone, but I could send it to Cricket & they would replace it within 2 days. Not true. I would have to buy another phone for that. I have to pay to ship it, via UPS, they will then determine if I damaged it or not (I don't trust them), then they'll mail a new phone back to me if they decide it's covered under warranty. This can take 7-10 business days. Neither time I've been without service was, or will be credited, I still have to pay for service I don't have & be without my phone (which is my sole line for work), oh, and my monthly bill is increasing next month. No thanks! The retail locations are only meant for new service. They cannot assist with any troubleshooting, or repairs. Nor do they work directly for Cricket. Bottom line, unless you have absolutely no problems with your phone, EVER, stay away from this carrier.
