Do not go here. I repeat, do not waste your time here. You will not save any money or time. Go directly to the actual Verizon store. It's all the same promotions anyway. The intentional miss information and false information provided at set up and purchase was completely false. I spent a total of 5 hours trying to get everything resolved between Verizon, the store and this store's corporate office. It took 3 people 90 minutes to rerun my phone and watch. And they still charged me the set-up fees from the initial purchase. Which, they didn't even set up my watch. And they still charged me the fee. Furthermore, these set-up fees are in addition to the activation fee from the carrier. They tell you this at the very end of the transaction.So they will charge you for an service you don't receive. The return was a long process due to human error. Multiple human errors and one technology glitch. They don't know how to treat people in terms of customer service. Heavily sales oriented. And believe me I know retail sales. I've been there. But how you build repeat customers and a revenue stream is through kindness and ethical business practices. Not fraud. Moe, the regional manager, would not waive the restocking fees. Even after I was there for 90+ minutes. The manager was absolutely useless. I feel sorry for his staff. They are unsupported. And quite clueless. They don't know the products well. She told me my iPhone 11 came with AirPods. It doesn't. I Thought that was too good to be true. There was my first red flag. She also told me my employee discount would work for my plan that she put me on, which, it didn't. I found out because I checked with Verizon the following day. And her coworker, the day of the return, showed her in the system where it specifically states my discount would not be applied. She knew. She just wanted her commission and sales goal. My sales associate just completely ignored this information and intentionally provided false information. They did not know what the Better Business Bureau was. But they will know when I am done. I had a fabulous experience with Lindsay. We were shopping for iphones on Nov. 18th and she could not have been more helpful, knowledgeable, kind and patient. She explained everything, showed us every new feature, told us about different plans on Verizon and answered at length every question we had about our phone and the possible new one. It was the kind of experience with an employee that makes you leave the store with a smile on your face. Her service was above and beyond what we expected. read more

Do not go to a Victra store unless you understand that it is NOT Verizon and that they have hidden charges you would not pay at a normal Verizon store. Victra will charge you $30.00 per phone for a "membership" into a system that can "dry" out your new water resistant phone. Plus they will charge you $20.00 to "move" you old phone to your new phone. They will charge this even if you tell them you do NOT want anything moved and they don't do anything. (BTW: If you didn't know better you would think some of these charges are actually the activation feeds. BUT they are NOT: Verizon will charge those separately on your first month's bill. The charges mentioned above are just 100% profit for Victra that don't really provide you any benefits in any way.. other than if you enjoying being ripped off.) PLUS they might talk you into buying a "HUM" automobile device which is NOT required.. and usually NOT part of any special deal. They will kind of "infer" that it is part of some kind of deal. IT IS NOT... this is an add-on that will require a different two year contract, a different $40.00 Verizon activation fee and will cost you $10.00 a month for two years which is NOT part of any other charge or service. (They got me to believe it was part of the Verizon age 55 and older plan. Which I actually believed until I asked Verizon during one of many long calls I had to make to them.) Basically this "fake Verizon" Victra store literally stole $170.00 from me up front and that doesn't include the additional $40.00 Hum activation fee and the fact that the $30.00 Victra "purchase" price they charged me was NOT the price of the actual unit, That is actually another $5.00 per month charge for two years for a total of $150.00. (You can get a MUCH better OBD device from other companies for less than that.) PLUS to round things out they are too stupid to know how to properly set things up. I had to end up spending 4-5 hours on the phone to Verizon over a two day period to get things actually setup the way that these Victra bozos said they would be setup in the first place. So save yourself a lot of grief and bypass these "fake Verizon" Victra stores. Also be aware that if you buy from one of these store and have issues and have to call Verizon.. they will basically point out that you were not wise in buying from a store that has THEIR company logo on the sign in the front. read more

I don't know how this store has such negative reviews. My fiance and I came in needing new phones since ours were broken. All of the charges that we incurred were explained to us by Zabiollah (who I believe is the store manager). There wasn't a single charge that wasn't explained, so we walked out knowing exactly how much we paid, how much was due, and how much our first bill would be. Upgrading and purchasing new phones takes time and patience, which many people don't seem to have. It didn't bother us that it took close to 3 hours, nor did it bother us that the computers kept freezing. Stuff happens, and it's absolutely irrational to blame the employees who work in the store for such things. They do not come up with the prices quoted to a customer, and I feel sorry for those who think otherwise. Zabiollah provided wonderful customer service and we enjoyed purchasing our phones at this store. We even enjoyed the district manager while he was there! read more

This place as good as it gets! Kendall got me in and out, with more than I could have asked for! I highly recommend this place because not only do they keep you in mind when selling you a phone, they transfer all of your data the right way, and it's all done with a personal experience. I was blatantly lied to by the manager at this location. I was told that the remaining balance I owed on my old phone would be waived if a family member were to give me their upgrade. LIES. I was also told that I was not able to purchase the phone outright and that I HAD to finance at least $50. LIES. I was also told that I HAD to put the protection plan for $13 a month because of the device I was buying. LIES. I went to Frankie to give him the commission because he has a family to support and I am also in sales, NOT TO BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF!! I went in to the store with my wife on Saturday 1/19/19 and talked with Frankie (store manager). I told him that my current Pixle XL was not charging properly and that I was in need of a new phone. He explained that I was not eligible for upgrade and still owed $213 on my Pixle. BUT, he says, if someone else in your family gives you their upgrade, the $213 gets taken care of/waived/handled/etc.... I asked several times throughout the transaction about what had been quoted so that there was ZERO grey area. Frankie specifically stated that the $213 would be waived on several occasions during the transaction. My wife and mother both heard what was said. I decided to move forward and told him that I wanted to pay for the new phone in full so that I would not have to pay the monthly finance fee. Frankie told me, that was not an option and that I could pay all but $50.00. I found out that if a customer buys the phone outright the employee does not get the "upgrade spiff". Frankie also pushed the $13 per month insurance down my throat that I said I did not want several times. I was told that I had no choice but to agree and that I could take it off whenever I wanted. I found out that was also a lie and there was a spiff for that as well. Come to find out, The $213 that was owed on my Pixle was not taken care of but the remaining balance was just transferred to the other line that the upgrade came from. Newsflash, I AM STILL RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT PHONE CHARGE... I returned to the store on Sunday in order to get answers. I spent almost 4 hours in the store and got nowhere. In fact the District manager (Nick Smith) refunded the amount for the accessories that I paid for (which I was also told were covered by the trade in value of my Pixle...LIE) but made me actually return them!! This was after both of the girls working said that I was able to keep them. The two other girls working also made statements about the practices that Frankie makes and do not agree with how he does business at all. THESE ARE EMPLOYEES AT THE STORE!!! After leaving with just a phone, no case, no wireless charger, nothing I called the cooperate customer affairs number and was lied to again with them saying that they were not able to credit the account unless there was a charge to credit. I am now out not only the $1100 that I paid in store but the upgrade fee, a phone case, wireless charger, the remaining balance of my old phone, and several hours of my time spent and this location away from my family. THESE PEOPLE ARE TRAINED SCAM ARTISTS!!!! Very unhappy with Verizon as they are not willing to do a thing to cover an employee that lies and steals. And to call my wife a liar right to her face.
