    Verizon has been the sweatiest excuse for service I have been encountered. They promised rebates,…read morenever gave the promo codes nor spoke about the time limit. Thus, when I was four days over the 30days they they robbed us of over one thousand ($1K) wo any ability or willingness to rectify. Spent over 12hrs in a 2 week time frame, for they claimed they were going to honor 25% but never did. Every call was claimed to have not existed in the "notes." Our trade in for our brand new iPhone 10 sent via fedex w a tracking number, shows received via our Verizon account. However, two "representatives" simply state they never received it! We're being told by "supervisors" that there is nothing they can for the fifth time calling. Verizon has robbed us for over two thousand dollars ($2K) at this point. Short of getting a lawful claim we are being absolutely financially stolen from. Let me be clear, the service itself is okay at best. They claim some BS super-tower power service however, this is untrue bc during peak hours it is slow if there's service at all. You leave the Springs area no service. AT&T was $50 more expensive a month but it was absolutely worth it having been abused by Verizon. I would not wish this abuse on my worst enemy. Please be very careful choosing this sweaty excuse for a company..

My family and I purchased a washer and dryer from Issac on May 17th at this store, with delivery scheduled for today, May 23rd, between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM. This morning, I received a call confirming that my delivery would arrive sometime between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM. I made sure to stay either outside or within close range of my driveway throughout the day. Despite this, 5:45 PM came and went without any sign of the delivery team. At that point, I called customer service. They informed me that the technician reported arriving at 4:45 PM, claimed to have looked for someone at the home, and noted that he rang the doorbell. His notes included a photo showing my garage door open--which I intentionally left open all day as a clear sign that someone was home and awaiting delivery. I was outside most of the day. At 4:22 PM, I even received a food delivery and kept the garage door open to maintain visibility and audibility. From my kitchen, which is less than 10 feet from the garage, I would have easily heard a truck, a knock, or the doorbell. The technician never approached the door. He took a photo of my home and left. I have security cameras that would have recorded anyone approaching the driveway or front door. No such activity occurred. Now, I have to wait until the next available appointment--Wednesday, May 28th. The phone support team did their best and helped me reschedule, but despite multiple requests, I was never connected to a manager. I plan to visit Best Buy in person tomorrow to discuss this experience, hopefully with Issac directly. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with this service. At a minimum, the technician's behavior warrants formal review or disciplinary action. I understand it's a holiday weekend and people want to get off early--but we paid for this service, planned our day around it, and were home and ready. To be overlooked like this is completely unacceptable. Update: we spoke with Issac and saw the photographs the technician uploaded. Wasn't even our house. Still have to wait till Wednesday for units.

(He's very tall.) I had an issue with a message on my phone, so he directed me to the Geek Squad counter for assistance. He even called the reps to tell them that I was coming over, and he described the issue. The rep at the counter was incredibly helpful and completely calmed my anxiety. I thought a virus had totally corrupted my phone. Thanks so much to your team for being so nice. Customer Service at this store is very much alive and well. MJ

I dropped off two laptops, one with a cracked case and a broken charging port. The other was freezing up and crashing. I got the crashing laptop back in about three days. It lasted about an hour before it began bluescreening again. I took it back. Three weeks later, I get a call saying they still can't fix it, but they need more money to basically take a wild guess. I should have known something was up when they started quoting exorbitant rates, but a massive discount if I just signed up for their insurance program. These guys aren't there to fix your stuff, their primary job is to sell that useless insurance. I ended up paying nearly $200.00 to pick up two laptops in exactly the same condition I left them. They can do simple repairs, but most of their tech expertise is clever illusion.
