Verizon has been the sweatiest excuse for service I have been encountered. They promised rebates, never gave the promo codes nor spoke about the time limit. Thus, when I was four days over the 30days they they robbed us of over one thousand ($1K) wo any ability or willingness to rectify. Spent over 12hrs in a 2 week time frame, for they claimed they were going to honor 25% but never did. Every call was claimed to have not existed in the "notes." Our trade in for our brand new iPhone 10 sent via fedex w a tracking number, shows received via our Verizon account. However, two "representatives" simply state they never received it! We're being told by "supervisors" that there is nothing they can for the fifth time calling. Verizon has robbed us for over two thousand dollars ($2K) at this point. Short of getting a lawful claim we are being absolutely financially stolen from. Let me be clear, the service itself is okay at best. They claim some BS super-tower power service however, this is untrue bc during peak hours it is slow if there's service at all. You leave the Springs area no service. AT&T was $50 more expensive a month but it was absolutely worth it having been abused by Verizon. I would not wish this abuse on my worst enemy. I went in to this store today to upgrade to a new iPhone after 4 years in the same model. I didn't really know what I wanted specifically, but Braden really took his time and walked me through all my options and the pricing. I'm leaving with a new phone and Apple Watch with basically no change to my current bill, he even found us a couple more ways to cut down our payments each month. But even though we walked in prepared to buy a brand new phone because my screen was shattered... we were stopped at the door and were told to call the phone insurance company. This location is awful. I went in the store to get a screen protector that was listed as 25% off on the Verizon app. They tried to charge me full price on the screen protector and told me they could not honor the discount reflected in the Verizon app. I asked why I could select store pick up for this location and pay the discounted price and get the exact same case from their stock in the same store but they couldn't just honor the discount and check me out as we were standing there. They had no explanation and said I should just order through the app. I continue to order through the app for this location store pick up, place the order, show them the confirmation in order in the Verizon app, and they say they have to wait for the order to come through before they can give me the case. It's been over an hour and they're just making me wait to get this screen protector. Have they been kind or considerate of my time and the dialogue this review would not be necessary, but the sales associate and presumably store manager (bald guy) were rude and offputting. Nightmare customer service experience! I asked For help upgrading my phone, made an appt for 3 PM on May 30. I came to the store in hopes of being helped by a human. I had to stay in my car & order online & as it turned out, the site was confusing & ordered for delivery instead. Instead of being helpful & compassionate, Anthony, the store manager, handed me a printout of how I screwed it up. He told me to cancel the order in order to reorder. I spent the next hour trying to cancel along with another employee to NO AVAIL & LEFT EMPTYHANDED! Verizon needs to teach their employees basic customer service skills. read more

This is the worst possible way to do service at a cell phone store. Doors stay locked during the day, there are no instructions as to what the hell to do. If you wait long enough, someone MAY come to the door to ask what you need, at which point you get put on a list that is over an hour wait. It's Saturday, and you only have two people working? Now more than ever we need good customer service for cell phones as it's been the only way to communicate with loved ones and you guys are sucking hard. Also since they don't have anything on the wall a 2 minute look to see if they had a screen protector took 45 mins for someone to tell me they don't carry it. How does a business that big not have 80 cash on hand. It's ridiculous and if it's true then the manager should be replaced. It's black Friday and you don't have any cash on hand. Estimated kick back from switching from Sprint to Verizon was $560 OFF. Instead of about $800, we are getting $230 on a visa gift card. Left with $1100 bill at Sprint. Took less amount of time to buy a $90k car at a dealership than it did to cancel sprint, create an account, buy phones, back up old phones and restore to new phones. I acknowledge the fact that backing up and restoring isn't Verizon's "job" however a faster than dial up wifi connection in store could alleviate such an obvious problem. Screen protector installed did not adhere around the edges. I drove back to the store an hour later thinking it would improve. When I asked if that was "normal" I was told "yeah they all do that". I responded with "my wife had the same one put on at Best Buy and hers is completely flush"...their response: "yeah give it 24 hours and it will be flush". It has now been a week, and the screen protector is NO different. Waiting in Verizon right now to have it replaced...6 people ahead of me...not sure if it's poor time management or lack of training, but I'm estimating 45 minutes at LEAST before I get my screen protector replaced. Save some time and frustration (and money) and find another Verizon store. Instead of one star, I'm giving two because their facility is super clean. read more

Looking for a new carrier! Salesman named, Abel, rude and condescending. Interrupted our questions and then sarcastic. Young enough to be our son and treated us like we were idiots. My husband works in the tech field and knows what he is talking about, but this salesman was making inaccurate statements and unwilling to answer clarifying questions. No benefits for customer loyalty. We have been with them and only them for 20+ years. Made to pay a $35 activation fee. We did all the activation ourselves. read more

Is Verizon a part of the mafia? Was promised $300 gift card per phone line ported and $100 per watch. This would have been a total of $700 for us. Additionally was promised $450 BYOD for one phone and $800 for trade in for another $1250. We were stoked and switched our 20-yr-long ATT service over on 5 July. Today is 2 Oct and we have not seen a dime of any of this. We have spent a total of 9 hours (4 calls) on the phone with Verizon and they have denied every one of these. We have had to constantly fight with getting what is owed to us, not to mention our normal $185 ATT bill jumped to $687.42 bill!! We had to fight for our $25 military discount to which we finally won after 3 months. Woohoo! $25 out of $2,400. Also, they stated they lost my IPhone X that I sent in via FedEx on 5 July. It was received on 7/9/2021 in Ft Worth, but never made it to their "warehouse" so somehow that is my fault and I no longer qualify for the $800 rebate. Read that again...they received my phone, but lost it and therefore, they cannot honor their promise. Read that for a third time and let that sink in.... Verizon will promise the moon, but deliver nothing and tell you it is your fault. Hey Verizon, Promissory Estoppel much? Also, we have all of this in writing, print out after print out and they still will not honor any of this. Was told that we could try to sue, but Verizon has very expensive lawyers that would crush us. Yes, a representative told us that. read more

Amazing customer service! They have a welcoming environment with chairs to sit on at individual counters. I felt very taken care of and didn't feel rushed. Very disappointed. We went there today and asked for the cost to add a line and upgrade service would be. We were told $87 then at the end after confirming everything repeatedly it was almost $200 more a month.... 400$ for 3 phone lines with unlimited data. What?!?! Anyhow we were upset not because that is overpriced but because we were lied to repeatedly for the 2 hours we were there. Just be honest with people and tell them about the hidden fees.... anyhow this is not the 1st time we've been lied to at this store. Every time we go in there and upgrade something or get a new phone our bill comes and is more than what their sales person told us. I was lied to and lied to. My whole experience has been one big fat lie. I am so disappointed! The store is beautiful, you can SEE what you are paying for but it doesn't go beyond that. My sales guy was just that, a sales guy. He told me that "when you buy two phones, you get a FREE Samsung TV". He didn't tell me that if you buy two phones that you have to wait, harass, beg and plead for that TV that you were promised. Also, when I was a sprint customer, I could take my bill/phone whatever into Sprint and they would help me with whatever I needed help with. Not the case with Verizon. According to the sales guy he said that they don't have time for answering silly questions and he feels as though he should "be tipped for answering questions". He went on and on about what an upstanding guy he was, which added hours (not exaggerating) onto my already 2 + hour stay. I was literally there after everyone else. I have never felt so sick to my stomach with buyers remorse. I wish I could go back to Sprint. They don't cover as far and wide but they certainly are cheaper and their customer service is outstanding. I'll continue to wait for my rebate and as soon as my contract is up, I am out. read more

Very very poor service! Waited for 30 minutes and never got helped all I wanted was a screen cover. A women was in there with 3 kids all below 3 years old and was waiting I don't know how long. Because she was there before me They had 2 people on the floor with 4 or 5 people waiting. No one was helped. One Verizon staff didn't grab his name but was talking to a gentlemen for I don't know how long because they were talking before I even showed up. Tammy and I went into the store this afternoon to exchange our Note 7's for the updated versions. This has been a hard thing as it has taken me 4 trips over the last two weeks to find a store that actually had them. To be honest we were about to throw in the towel with Verizon as the service has been pretty bad up til and including tonight. We stuck with it until we met the tech, Braden at this location. He was super professional, had great knowledge, and helped us get through the process. He thoroughly piece by piece, explained how and what he was doing, and by asking questions about our employers , was able to give us an extra monthly discount because both of our employers are in the Verizon plan to receive a corporate discount. He also went through exactly how a lot of the features on our phones work, that we did not how to use, or did not know even existed. One thing he did for me that was really awesome was he got my tablet hooked up with video conferencing, and got it to make phone calls and text well. He turned on Google Earth, and made much more usable than it before. I can highly recommend Braden Moreland, he did a great job, and really saved a customer tonight. read more
