    Well, I stopped by another Verizon store that didn't have the phone that I needed. They advised me to try this factory store, but warned of the low reviews. So we arrive at this location and there is one customer service rep helping customers. So we wait, and wait, and wait. Meanwhile, two other customers walked out. Unfortunately, my phone battery had bloated and I needed a replacement quick! I just wanted to ask if they had one in stock! The wait was quite frustrating not knowing if they even had the phone. Finally, two employees walked back in from lunch. Thank God!!! Soon we were called up. I stated my issue and the employee stated that they had just received a shipment. Yahoo! So why a 4 star rating? The person who helped me. I could tell right away that Marcus was experienced and I knew right away that we would get this done. He was very friendly and accommodating as well. A real pro! Marcus really got me out of a bind and in the process raised his company's rating from me to a 4 from a 1. Good going Marcus!

    Got me a new phone! New Moto Z3 by adding a new line for my business!

Over six months we've had issue and they are still trying to figure it out. WireStar is absolute garbage for internet providers. One of the most incompetent companies out there. If you are looking at apartment buildings or for personal/business use, RUN don't walk from WireStar. Nothing but issues since August 2025 and we are in February now. The internet is slow, always disconnecting, and you cannot access certain sites/apps like HBO, Prime TV, Redditt, etc. All you get is, "We're working on it" when you call or email them. All the other review are accurate. Trying to convince my apartment building to drop them ASAP or give us options. Again, RUN from WireStar.

And they always set up a temporary wifi service while they fixed it. Then they did some sort of upgrade a few months ago and since then? I have to go to coffee shops for my video calls, as just an example of how bad the service has become. My building is fighting with them to fix the issue and they have been utterly unresponsive to the concerns. I work from home, so an internet connection is sorta kinda preeminent on my list of must haves. Do not recommend.

    Ugh... I have been trying to help my dad with his Optimum cable issues. For weeks his printers kept…read moredropping off the network. We have tried four different printers, resets, etc. So maybe it's the router. We exchanged the router and were told "it's activated and ready to go." Sure, that is after another hour spent with tech support on the phone. This doesn't happen some of the time, it happens all of the time! But, that fixed the problem, so it was an Optimum router issue. Now, one day later, the cable box is giving me an error every time I try to switch the channel with the guide. And the video goes on and off. I have been through all of the troubleshooting procedures with no luck. -Update. After some research and troubleshooting, I found that the cable box uses the modem/router to update the guide. It turns out that the cable box is incompatible with the new modem/router. Hmmm, you think that they would have known that when they issued us the new modem/router. I guess it's another trip to their store. I did find that connecting an Ethernet cable between the router and cable box fixed the problem after a reboot. -Optimum, your Yelp comments from "Business Owner" are not helpful. You see your one-star average review and are doing nothing about it. No business with one-star is worthy of the customers that support them!

I can not say enough nice things about him. I was very frustrated after a chat and phone calls with Optimum customer service over a two day span. Tyler knew exactly what was wrong when he walked in. He explained everything to me and made sure all my devices were connected to my new modem/router before he left. I've had two great experiences with Optimum and they have been interactions with technicians, real people, not AI chats and phone calls.

    A frontier lineman came into our yard to move all the cable and other internet lines from an old…read moreutility pole to a new utility pole the city had installed. I returned home and approached him and said "I would prefer if you access the pole from....when he RUDELY interrupted me and cut me off with this info when all I wanted to do was let him know that where he had his ladder was an unsafe area as we have bunnies who dig burrows in that area and there are "air pockets" or "spaces" underground that we can't see. I didn't want him to get hurt as he was high on that ladder. Things got ugly with him trying to "mansplain" his rights, blatant disrespect, and bad attitude so I let him know that he was a class-A jerk and went inside. His little ego was hurt so bad he would get even with me and decide to INTENTIALLY SABATOGE optimum cable lines. He left them not hooked up property and disconnected. They left our cable line to our home hanging so low I could touch it and another line dragging across our back fence. So now my internet is out and I have to go through the trouble of contacting my provider and setting up an appointment for repairs. I will NEVER use frontier because of this crappy experience.

They will attempt to keep you from cancelling by offering "on hold" which comes with a hidden fee not stated on the phone or any record sent to you. A restocking fee of $50, for real! A restocking fee how idiotic is that cash grab? Absolute garbage. Frontier makes sure to not let anyone else have the title of the worst provider as their customer service is head and shoulders the most deceptive and useless. Save yourself the headache and look for someone else. If you have no other choice, I feel sorry for you. Frankly, after experiencing them, I'd say it would be more favorable to be trapped in a room with a mountain lion for five minutes than spend five minutes on the phone with them.

The phone I got with T Mobile was outdated, froze, wouldn't turn off at times. After months of trying to get T Mobile to do right by me, they would not, I called this Boost store this morning and the rep, Jose was very polite, professional and told me what they had. Basically it came down to this, I switched my number over to Boost, Jose provided me with a great phone, a freebie for switching and all I paid was first months plan fee..Even saved me ten bucks a month by setting up auto draft on my card and while I waited to get this done, pleasant conversation....Great job Boost!

    Absolutely horrible service and horrible installation technician! Came out and installed one TV …read more.. said DirectTV sucked and instead put us on ATT TV. Did not install two other TVs and said would be right back and hasn't shown up in over a week. Called customer service and they were not helpful, told us we had the wrong kind of smart TV and would be charged for additional boxes for two more TVs .... what a scam!
