My family and I went to t-mobile after my sibling's phone needed serious attention. They called it the black screen of death. We worked with a young gentleman, Jose. He was very professional, people oriented, knowledgeable, and hilarious. He is a whole vibe. He found a quick solution to our problem and had informed us about our account. We were due for an upgrade. It saved us money and we ended up with new phones for all! Not to mention, the foodie in me found some great suggestions from a fellow foodie, Jose! Despite them always being busy when I go the wait time isn't bad. Everyone is always super friendly and very helpful. Once I'm helped it's always a quick visit but of course that depends on your reason for going. This is the only location in bcs that I've gone to and I'm never disappointed. Had them for 3 days. First I couldnt make calls. Their tech fixed that. But then I couldn't receive calls. After spending 6 hours with the tech the first day, and then 5 hours the next day, and 7 hours today, they have no idea what the problem is. I can't receive calls, and with all this "Tech Support", now I can't even log on to their website. Has been just a horrible experience and a lot of wasted hours for me. They were cheaper than Verizon. But at least with Verizon I could make and receive calls, and their Tech Support actually helped! Good bye TeamMobile, I'm going back to Verizon. read more

It was busy, understandable. They were tentative once they got more people from back. Just thought one of rep did not do good job as sales rep. She was very nice, but she was not good sales rep. Went in with an issue that was even unsolvable for Best Buy. The technician, Bobby, was incredibly helpful and kind. Had to leave my phone there for a bit, but he was kind enough to call my roommate when it was done, and managed to fix my issue without losing my photos or messages (Best Buy said they would have to wipe my phone of all data). What a difference between shopping at the T-Mobile store in front of Best Buy in College Station, and the AT&T Wireless store in Bryan. It seems simple: a customer should be able to browse unmolested, and if they need assistance, they would then seek out a salesperson. I was able to inspect display phones without having to explain myself. But the T-Mobile store has a smaller selection than AT&T. In the end, I stayed with T-Mobile, but bought a cheaper pre-paid T-Mobile phone at Best Buy and swapped my SIM card into it. read more

Very disappointing, poor service. Had an issue that was no fault of mine, I just wanted a new phone, which they were happy to sell me, but they said they could not do the return in the store. When they did not send the return label, they they continued to charge me despite later allowing me to return the phone in the store. I would not recommend. read more

This place would be a lot better if there wasn't that one employee who makes you feel like your less than human because he is so degrading when he talks to you. He was my first experience with this store, and I'm pretty sure I know a hell of a lot more than he ever would about cell phones and their companies. My Pixel 1 had stopped accepting a charge, and I ran through all of the troubleshooting steps with no success. I went to this T-Mobile store prepared to swap it out for a new model. Jonathan looked over my phone, cleaned out the charging port (I had tried this), and used a new charging cable. It worked! He could have sold me a new phone, but when I told him how much I loved this one (it was blue) he repaired mine instead. Great customer service! read more

Customer service at this location is hit and miss! Plan ahead! Ask for Richard or Charles and you will get 10 star service- walk in and talk to "whoever", and you could leave with a headache. If you have to walk in, call ahead and see if these two are there! Richard and Charles know EVERYTHING!!! I went to get a new phone and an agent was telling me that a case and screen protector was only $10. I asked him multiple times if it was monthly payments or a one time price. He promised me that is was a one time price of $10 since I got a new phone. A month later , I get my bill to see charges of $10 as a monthly payment instead. I spoke with the manager and all he said was I signed the contract of the new phone and in small print it says monthly payment on accessories. I told him, he needs to teach his reps not to lie and skip off information that require payments. read more

If zero stars were possible, that would be my review! I had been a Sprint customer for eight years. While Sprint had some issues T-mobile makes them seem golden! I was promised the moon and stars to switch. Once they had me, they did not want to follow through with the promises. I have had to jump through hoops to have them comply with the promises. I am on month three of the service and here we go again. I can't get anyone to do what they said. This isn't even mentioning all the coverage issues. I have tried everything they have suggested and 5 miles out of town I cant receive calls or send texts. If you are thinking of switching, spare yourself the agony! read more

After talking with Sprint and T-Mobile for a month, my husband and I decided to go with T-Mobile. We had been with Sprint 11 years. We were looking to switch to another company to reduce our bill from $350 dollars at Sprint to $220 at T-Mobile quoted us back in September 2016. That included 3 lines and one PRO I-pad, unlimited texted and talk, hot spot on ALL 4, our bill would be $220 or less. T-Mobile would buy back our I-phone 4, Samsung s7 (two each), I-phone 6, and I-Pad air 2.Well that's not what happened and after talking with everyone under the sun for at least 2 months trying to resolve this it never happened. We received a Sprint bill for $4000! And they gave us 30 days to turn in all our old phones. Day after day we we're told the Manager from the College Station T-Mobile would call us back. That NEVER HAPPENED either and if the manager happened to answered the phone and knew it was you, he would disconnect you. When we called back he was always too busy to talk, It got to be such a JOKE ... Other staffies would say "HE will call you back whenever" but he NEVER DID. So we went up there and I guess he would hide in the back of the store and never come out! The staff always said "He's on a conference call"!!!! NOW WE PAY $360 DOLLARS A MONTH! Was it worth it?
