    The free charger!!!

    I ordered AirPods Pro via the Verizon app on Tuesday. They came in the mail on Thursday. The ear buds come charged and can be recharged in the charging case. The charging case loses power each time you charge the earbuds in them. I don't have a wireless charger or a computer to charge my AirPods case. Well, the support tech via the Verizon app suggested that I make an appointment at the closest store that's currently open. I'm so glad she did. I had such awesome customer service. Everyone had to wait outside, six feet apart. It was such a beautiful day though so I wasn't bothered by that. The tech employee came to the door and helped one person at a time. Only one customer at a time was allowed in the store, if you had to/were allowed to enter. I told him my issue and he brought out a USB-C wall adapter that I could connect my charging case into. I mentioned that my phone charger that I bought from another Verizon store last summer or fall wasn't working well and that I had to plug it in three or four times for it to start charging my phone. He said their chargers are under a one year warranty. He looked me up in the system and gave me a new charger for free. Oddly enough, there was a security guard at the door but he said that they have had issues since the pandemic started. I'm so happy that my issues were resolved so quickly and efficiently. I recommend this location 100% and will definitely return.

    After calling around to several places that could work on a PS5, this spot seemed like the best…read moreoption. They're conveniently located right outside the JCP department store on the second floor, across the way. Everyone was very friendly both on the phone and in person. They also went over the repair agreement thoroughly, including the $75 diagnostic fee, which goes toward the cost of any repair. At first, I got a call saying the motherboard was completely damaged and likely beyond repair, which was disappointing. Then the next day, they called back and said they had spent more time looking into it and were actually able to fix it. The repair ended up costing an additional $150, but it was absolutely worth it. My kids' PS5 had stopped accepting discs, and now it's working again. They also advised against relying on random YouTube repair tutorials (oops), since DIY fixes can sometimes make the problem much worse (especially if you're clueless like me). Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely come back here again, although hopefully I won't need to anytime soon!

    I went in for a phone upgrade. The salesman brought out an Apple watch and an iPad. He asked which…read moreone I wanted. I said I don't need either. He said take it, you're entitled to it. He said my bill would go down by $30.00/mo if I changed autopay to my checking account. The iPad was free. My bill went up by $53.00/mo. I called AT&T, they refused to help. I called the store. The manager groaned and said oh he meant the iPad would be free because you would get $30 off with autopay so your bill won't go up. It's not free. The service is $21.99 per month plus the payments for the $500.00 iPad. This is blatant bait and switch and fraud. Stay away from this store and AT&T. They are scammers

We have been to other smaller stores out of a mall, but each time we were welcomed and told of a wait. Most times were 45 minutes or longer. So we came to our normal store at the galleria mall. Well we were not greeted but we noticed 2 reps working with customers and another table full just waiting. We asked them if they took names, so we started looking at phones. Well a customer was finished and took the table that were sitting there waiting. No big deal. Then a few more people were looking around and we would have thought we would have been next...but the next available rep went to another customer. So we asked him were they here earlier because we were next. Thank god the customer did notice that we were there before them...other wise we may have waited over an hour to purchase a phone. Well the representative not even sure of his name waited on us, we had a few questions about our billing and he told us to call over the phone...so they were there to sell not about fixing our billing issues. I really didn't want to purchase the phone walk out and cancel at this point. But of course they got you with contracts. So we got the phone, with not much help, didn't even advise us what would be good. Got our phone, gave us what we asked for, told us he couldn't move any contacts or photos because they wouldn't move over. But said we could keep the old phone to move ourselves. This probably was the worst service we had ever at AT&T. I will be calling about my billing issue this weekend because they would not help me at the store. Poor customer service, maybe it was because we called him out in front of another customer, but we were there way before the other customer and it was only fair after waiting almost 40 minutes but wanted to take care of someone that just walked into the store. They need to get their act together and take care of everyone to the fullest.

    Spectrum is a very busy place i found out! My wait was about 20 minutes. I went to buy a new phone…read moremy 1st one came in the mail 3 years ago so I wanted to do in person. I looked what was on sale on line but looking at the picture didn't convince me what one i wanted. I'll tell you this was no Verizon experience! I asked the 19 year old worker if I can see the phone before I buy he said you can look at the ones they have on display. I said I want to look at the back for the camera! He said to me "didn't you look at them on line" I asked about the phone he said he didn't know about it! I didn't feel comfortable with that phone so I asked him to stop the order and I asked for a more expensive phone then he had an option he said it had a better camera can hold more data and how much I had off and other details. Did he just wake up after I got the second phone poor service next time maybe I'll go to Cricket I almost got on my daughter's plan I probably would have payed less money for the same phone and the guy that helped her was great! So much for loyalty even though it's only my second phone with spectrum in 3 years have to think about for my next phone!!

    Best Customer Service I have received in a very long time!…read more Christopher H. went out of his way to give me the best deal possible on a new phone, and facilitated an effortless transition from old phone to new. In 20 minutes I had a brand new phone with all the contacts, apps, etc from my old phone. I highly recommend this Spectrum Mobile store and it's staff!
