I went inside and checked myself in at the kiosk, then explicitly informed an AT&T representative that I had a 9:00 AM appointment. Instead of acknowledging me, she completely ignored what I said and just kept talking to another customer. She didn't even give a basic courtesy like, "I'll be right with you." When she finally did assist me to change my screen protector, the only actual conversation she bothered to have was trying to upsell me on my phone plan and asking if I had AT&T internet. Very poor customer service at this location and zero acknowledgment of scheduled appointments.

They were not terribly busy, but I waited, and waited, and waited. I was never greeted or advised somebody would be with me shortly although a lady who works there did glance in my direction with irritation over her phone a few times before dismissing me with her eyes. When it became apparent I didn't want to just leave without talking to somebody she signed, hung up her personal phone and meandered over. I told her what the model I was looking for right down to the phone specs and she said they didn't have it, but offered to sell me an upgraded version. When I told her I wasn't interested in that she told me to shop online for what I wanted. What ... the ... heck? I've had AT&T since they were Cingular and have never left one of their stores with that kind of a look on my face. When I got into the car my wife didn't say a word to me. She just glanced over at my expression, put the car in drive and took me to the nearest Dutch Brothers.

Employees greeted me & were helpful regarding replacing a battery in my vintage Armitron Snoopy watch from the 90s. Pleasant interaction with both men working there. They were able to replace without damage while I waited. Price felt a wee bit high (a little under $20 with tax). But I know employees don't set prices so I'm kind of torn on a 4 or 5 star rating as that's my only gripe. Hmm, let's do 5 stars because I'm so glad they were able to help me so quickly.

That it is what it said for 3 weeks and when we got home to Arizona it still said they were in Denver and Munich. I took all 3 back to the Casa Grande az store where I got them and they said that was good, all I needed to do. Now since I was on Auto Pay and paperless I didn't realize I was being charged for them. On Sept 6 or 8, 2025 I cancelled my t moble account #980383296, but I was charged $80.11 on Sept 13. Thn today in the mail I get something that says I have a credit of $17.00.
