Very prompt and friendly service. The attendant was so informative as she walked me through the process to change carriers.

Sales staff is very knowlegable and friendly and purchase and setup was fast and easy but it take a couple of trys (3 for us) to complete the whole process. The only reasons for the 4 star review is: 1: They can get busy and for a small store you may have to wait or come back at a later time. We opted to come back but we are retired so was not a big issue, just more of an inconvienence as we live a bit away. 2: Stock is somewhat limited so you may have to order your device but they are good about letting you know when it comes in. This Verizon store was Super manipulative. We went in and seen Aaron Quezdai in November on a Sunday afternoon. He Couldn't figure out what to do and He took over four hours to figure it out and some of our features still do not work. We originally Came in to combine accounts so that we could work on leaving Verizon. We paid off two devices on my account which was over $300. Once we get to talking he says it's easier to switch my wife to my account and everything would transfer over. So we switch my kids and my wife to my account and combine everything. We Upgraded the kids's phones and Because we upgraded during Black Friday we get three "Free" basic iPads. We Paid almost $700 for taxes. We upgraded my phone and everything went good. We went to trade in my kids two days after Christmas. The way they set it up made it to where we have to pay for two extra lines $60 and now we have to pay out their devices on the cheapest free phones they offered two years ago. It is going to be another $430 plus taxes and this is after we just paid $800 phone bill for that month. Now we owe on four devices for the next three years with a $600 phone bill and they're telling us there's nothing they can do. We asked to talk to a manager. They said he is unavailable no phone number. No email They said call Verizon customer service. My advice Go to an actual Verizon store. This place is a scam. All they care about is their commission. DO NOT BUY HERE! I attempted to upgrade 2 phones and get third for my son. I had an online offer from Verizon and asked if they could match it or else I would just buy online as the add said. I was told they in fact could match it ( new phone for $5/month ) what I received was a new phone at full price with a 5/month discount. This error would have resulted in the phone costing me 4x the price offered online. So I went to return the phone; they(Victra) attempted to return $7 dollars to my card which was no where near correct. I asked for clarification and was told there was a non refundable setup fee of $20 for the phone (a fee I was not responsible for as they were in error as they never could offer the deal in the first place) and a $35 restocking fee to put an unused unopened phone back on the shelf (again error on their part not mine I.E. sold a product they never should have offered). After several phone calls to Verizon I was able to get the line cancelled and all the fees that went with it to include the non-refundable setup fee( Victra you owe Verizon $20) and finally got them(Victra) to waive the re-stocking fee to restock a phone that was returned due to their error. Victra IS NOT Verizon they only sell product and do not seem worried or intent on making errors correct. You will get the default Call Verizon answer to any errors. So if all you're doing is buying product or upgrading feel free to take a chance but otherwise take the time to head down to a corporate sponsored store. read more
