It went from bad to unbelievable. This has caused me to have a mental break. After 2 months multiple phone Convo one 41/2 hrs. Finally the 21order placed. The rep said payment denied. I showed him SC of payment. So Tues my devices were arriving kids the 29th/02. Ups delivered 1 of kids 3 days ago and my son's today!!!! Not mine they now say a new order was placed. 6/15/23: Horrible customer service. The customer service reps at the store looked shady like used cars salesmen back in the day. Bad vibes all around this store. I waited over a half an hour for service and didn't get it so I left. I was there to upgrade my phone. The reps just didn't care at all about the line of customers in the store. n one came up to say "hey, it'll be a few minutes more " or anything like that. These reps were all talking about casual things to the people they were with and weren't speeding the process of assisting the customers and getting them out the door. One customer was on her lunch break to get a sim card swapped and she was sitting there for an hour when I arrived, not helped at all. When there is a line in the store, the reps really need pick up the pace of service and cut out the lengthy non topic conversations. I'll never go to this store again. I recently was dreading going to the Verizon store. Who doesnt? I walked in and was attended by Quezelmex. Not only was he attentive and heard about what I needed done with my bill, but working with him actually made me more happy that I am a Verizon customer. I upgraded my plan at this store in July 2023, 10531 S 15th St. Bellevue, NE. They told me that I would get a cheaper price with better tower reception or priority tower for calls. Not sure if that is true or a bunch of garbage. The guy behind the counter asked me if i wanted some bundles to include disney. I told him no. I had already had the same bundles with another company. Today, I get an email from Verizon telling me that I have not used the bundle this guy set me up with unbeknownst to me. Be careful what you sign up for at this store and make sure your no means no to the person behind the counter. read more

I went in to the store this morning with a red screen expecting to have to buy a new phone. I talked to Aaron and he wasn't sure if this was something he could fix. after he did a reset, not a factory reset, that kept everything except some of my settings, and it was fixed!! I dreaded going in here at first but, I was warmly greeted and they took great care to listen and solve my cellular woes extremely quick without any frustration or confusion. It was a Wednesday I believe and there wasn't a line and I didn't have to wait. What a relief to see folks that can multitask and handle more than one issue at a time. Even though I will pass several other stores that offer the same, the next time that I have an issue I will be sure to make the drive back to this store specifically. So, I have been a customer with Verizon for A VERY long time. With that being said, I am ASHAMED at the lack of knowledge this store has, or maybe should I say customer service? A YEAR AGO:I was trying to see if I could get a replacement phone ASAP because my husband and needed to maintain communication for his job. He was overseas and coming home that week and I was asking if I could get a replacement within the same week. The manager as well as other associates were EXTREMELY rude saying they didnt handle that but to call a number. I informed him how was I suppose to call that number, if I LOST my phone..he pointed to the sample phones and rudely said " YOU CAN USE THOSE" as if I was the most stupid person in the room....I was like ummmm ok....So I dial the number and then it was the wrong number...I try and explain that to him and he just IGNORES ME. I had a panic attack....All I asked was for help and not only was I DEGRADED but I ended up having to leave BECAUSE I felt DEGRADED. I ended up crying in my car. I finally saw an associate that had helped my husband and I get a phone the first time we were there and I went to her. She took me to the back, calmed me down, and was able to get me the right number. Who ever that lady was she was the ONLY individual who actually treated me like a human being. I have never been so disrespected in my life. Fast forward TO THIS PAST weekend. I went in to see if I was able to get an upgrade on my phone since my battery was not holding a charge. I went in and talked to an associate asking questions about which phone had the best battery life since I need it for work and I needed it ASAP since I was going out of town. Well...turns out I wasn't able to get a new phone until September but he was able to replace my battery. He made the call for me and seemed to be super helpful...got the package this past Tuesday and turns out he ordered the PHONE not the battery..... I SPECIFICALLY SAID BATTERY......MULTIPLE TIMES....informed the person that IT WAS THE BATTERY NOT HOLDING A CHARGE.....and I got a phone that I had to use my OLD BATTERY FOR?!?!?! Called Verizon customer service and they said the battery was not under warranty but I could order it....WHY DIDNT THEY JUST TELL ME THAT AT THE STORE AND SAVE ME THE TROUBLE.... All In all this place IS HORRIBLE! Unacknowledged and this place actually made me think about LEAVING VERIZON.....in my MANY years with VERIZON...This place needs some SERIOUS RETRAIN in customer service. read more

For the most part, nobody likes going into the phone store. I've been in here several times over the past three years and have always been extremely pleased with the service I've gotten. The staff is knowledgeable and professional and has never been pushy or "gimmicky". When I was moving and had issues transferring my service this store went to the ends of the earth to get me the best deal in the quickest way possible. The manager was not helpful at all, but luckily for Amy all my questions were answered and explained. Every time me and my husband go to this Verizon it's always a problem and they never know what they are doing I've literally just upgraded my phone through customer service over the phone and they were the sweetest people ever, the customer service in this store is horrible. So if anyone is up for an upgrade just call Verizon and they assist you better then the people in store. read more

I don't know what the other review was about, but here's what they're about... First and foremost, they have greeters. The greeters, Jessica and Scott (dude looks like Andy Bernard), opened the door for me, checked me in on an iPad, and directed me to the designated area (sales, service, tech support, etc.). Jessica & Scott were helpful, polite, and professional. I was redirected to Eli who helped me with my phone & plan purchase. He was helpful & knowledgable but he pushed insurance so much that I wondered if they got a commission... Regardless, I'm glad he was my representative. Lastly, Eric C was a big help and also helped me pick out my plan and deal with corporate Verizon (whom I am far less fond of than the people at this store) so I didn't have to. Lastly: GET SOME CHAIRS! Lol. My dad was with me and he's 68. This store has one cushion-stool & one cushion-bench. That lunch & after work rush need some more seating. Yea... Yea... I get it, Verizon corporate. You want the customers walking around looking at products with the hopes of buying more. The Economist put out a study showing that people spend more when they're comfortable (ever heard of Amazon & the comfort of one's home?). How about a chair with 4 phones around them that people can actually hold & play with? read more

Verizon as a company is really bad but this store in particular, awful. I asked for quotes by 5 different reps. Some were over the phone and a few in the store. Conflicting quotes, couldn't get a straight answer. They made me jump through hoops, told me I had a free phone, then made me pay, had to return it only to get charged a re-stocking fee. These guys are so horribly trained. The last draw was the stores rep, she talked to me like I was a little kid, embarrassing. I now have sprint and couldn't be happier. Better reception too, go figure. read more

Don't buy from this store! They will screw you just to make a buck! I have been with Verizon for a long time but these guys give them a bad name! My daughter's phone quit so I went in to buy her a phone and pay cash for it. The rep said we could not pay outright for the phone, I would have to get it added to my bill and then I could wait 48 hours and pay it off online. That would end up putting me into a contract and that is not what I want! I don't want the headache of jumping through hoops just to get my bill straightened out. I called up Verizon right away and they told me that I am allowed to pay cash for the phone even at the store. I don't know what kind of spiffs the manager is handing out but if it is giving Verizon a bad name. Don't shop here. read more

When entering the location we were told our wait would me about 45min, we were thinking about leaving but the greeter told us it might be sooner. We decided to look around and wait. We sat for 50min and the store manager past us multiple times without saying one word. He filled phone cases, walked in and out of the back room and out of the store with no purpose. As a fellow retail store manager this is the most disappointing experience I have ever had. After the 50min had gone by we asked the guy at the front desk how much longer and he said it could be another half hour. The store manager never stepped in to apologize about our wait or offer assistance. I asked for the location number and he gave me M311401 and said the managers name is Eric. I would never go back to this location and really want to switch my service after this experience. read more
