Tonight we went to pick it up and he was told my phone was sent to the Stow store to be fixed because they could not fix it. The reason he went in to pick get it, was because I broke my foot today and he did not want me walking on it and he was the one that dropped it off. He proceeded to come out to the truck and get me and when I, "the white woman" walked back into the store, all of sudden my phone was there and fixed, within 2 seconds. They literally lied to my husband about the phone. No apology, no explanation, no nothing. This is why a lot of unnecessary racism crimes happen. My husband was very highly frustrated and upset, felt disgraces, discriminated, everything!!! He did not want me walking on my injured foot and then got lied to for no reason! I was surprised to see that the lounge area even has a big screen TV with sports. The decor is very simple and the store looks too large for what's inside. SERVICE: While I had my fair share of negative interactions with Spectrum, this was probably the most pleasant. Transactional but cordial. I quickly presented my equipment, it was verified, my ID was checked, and I was quickly on my way. PARKING: Shared plaza parking lot. Plenty of parking available. Once an outage hits you can no longer contact the service org as they shut down communications except for auto messages. In fact they should change the name of the customer service department to "customer no-service"... I simply can't put into words what a joke this place is.
