I was skeptical it could be fixed. I called around for prices, and FastFix had the best. As soon as I told Neil what was going on with my phone, he knew how to fix it. I was planning on running errands while he fixed my phone, but ended up locking my keys in my truck. Neil was extremely easy going and friendly. He made sure my 2 year old daughter and I were comfortable. He even let her watch her favorite movie on his Netflix while we waited. Even better, my phone was fixed before AAA got there. I haven't had a problem with my phone since. Not only did he fix my phone, but his customer service made my bad day better.

I used to manage a technology store where we did in house repairs, so I know a little of what is involved. Moe did a fantastic job and he had the tools and parts needed to service all the big brands.
