The AT&T Store here is located at a shopping plaza, in between Tractor Supply Co. and a sports apparel store. Across is Wal-Mart Super Center. They have all current models of the iPhone, including both colors, black & white for the 3GS. Their accessories are pretty cool, not the tacky ones like from Radio Shack or Wal-Mart. If you're not looking for an iPhone, they have numerous brands and models to choose from also. Staff is okay. Since there's not a lot of customer traffic, you may be accommodated immediately. Matt P. helped us out in the two visits we made. The first trip was a dud since I couldn't go ahead with the purchase if the primary account holder, my husband, wasn't physically present. I made Matt know I was upset since I called ahead to ask what was required for a service transfer. But apparently, the person on the phone failed to mention that major detail. But Matt helped me out and gave options. He was very patient and apologetic. Although in the end, my best bet was to go back the next day with my husband. We did get what we came for so, 4 stars for a smooth, stress-free transaction. I think Matt P. deserves it.

We had arranged to meet Abdul to look at cost etc. He was very calm, patient and knowledgeable! We agreed on the plan and waited to have our order processed. Unfortunately, the computer system went down and we had to wait a couple of hours to have everything done. It certainly wasn't the fault of the staff. Abdul and the store manager, Sarah( I believe she is the manager) were absolutely fantastic! They felt terrible about our having to wait, offering to buy us food and drink. While waiting for everything to be done, I noticed Sarah and another of the staff speaking with a young man who clearly had an intellectual disability. I was blown away by how kind and patient Sarah and the other staff member were to this individual. That so rarely happens in our world. Service is generally good, but my favourite sales associate is Grant (I think he looks like a young Hayden Christensen, but he says people tell him he looks more like Topher Grace, lol). He's very nice, patient and knowledgable. He gives you great information and good tips about your phone. I know lots of people snub Freedom Mobile because of its limited network coverage, but it works great for me because I spend most of my time in urban areas that are covered by Freedom. If you live in the suburbs or rural areas you may end up roaming. I'm on a discontinued plan, but I get unlimited Canada calling, unlimited texts, unlimited data (although only 2GB is at full speed, after that it's slower), voicemail, call waiting, and caller ID for less than half the price of other providers. I love Freedom Mobile (although I still think of them as Wind), lol.

Finally the delivery company subcontracted by Best Buy gets back to me and they will send me $80 (allegedly) but it will take 6 weeks and I have to sign a document waiving any liability. With regards to my turntable that is about 40 years old, I asked him if I would be better off buying one of those that he had on display, and he told me that mine was better, explained what features made it better, and that he would call be with an estimate. He did so the next day, and the repair was very inexpensive. If you want your items to last as long as possible, and not create more junk for the trash piles of the planet, getting things fixed is definitely better. He'll tell you if it's not worth repairing, and the estimate is free (in my experience).
