It took almost 4 hours for my wife, son and daughter to find their packages, and get this, they had to look for them on their own. The staff could not find the packages, nor did they have any record of them. After several hours of searching through unorganized piles in the back, my family did manage to find our packages. Others in line were not so lucky. The Corporate Center staff is fortunate that the line was comprised of polite Canadians, because it could have easily become and angry mob. I have told many people to stop using the UPS store and start using The Corporate Center, but I'm afraid I can no longer recommend their service in any way shape or form. It seems that just like the UPS store they have far exceeded their capacity. But seriously Corporate Center, if you are reading this, GET SOME SHELVES AND LEARN HOW TO SORT. It's not rocket science. Both my son and daughter said that given one or two overnight shifts, the two of them could have done a decent job of organizing the place. If you need a package between February and October, you'll probably be okay, but anywhere near Christmas, stay away. Sadly, this forces me back to the UPS store, who, while being slow, rude and disorganized, have only lost one package in 10 years - much better odds. And sadly, the other options in Ogdensburg, require a special customer number that cannot be entered into text-only name fields on most online merchant sites. Judging by the very negative comments from the people in line, I'd say this is the beginning of the end for the Corporate Center. You had your chance, and you blew it.

Since learning my lesson I have purchased two laptops with warranties here. Super fast FREE computer fixing if you buy your product here. These guys are good and care about you. They even give you a loaner if you buy there. If you need a repair they do great work but buy the computer there so you always have a real person to talk to on the phone or face to face. They know their stuff and I am glad I do business with this company!!!

Since then, he has built and repaired numerous computers, iPads, and Security Systems for myself and other members of the family. His workmanship has always been excellent and very professional. He has helped diagnose and fix virus attacks and brought storage systems back to life. He recently installed a solid state 1 terabyte hard drive unit in my 6 year old HP laptop and it has worked flawlessly. While doing remodeling in his shop I was able to witness several stressed out customers come in with either lost file problems or virus related issues. Eric was able to calm them down and assured them he would do everything necessary to solve their problems, which he did. I realize some customers can be nasty, unrealistic, and demanding. But he has handled most of those situations far more courteously than I would have. My wife (his mother) and I do reviews and/or answer product questions for Lowe's,Amazon, Home Depot, and such, and it is very difficult to keep from challenging the intelligence of people. I have never seen him belittle anyone or treat them badly. If you do have a problem, he will readily assist in rectifying the situation in a professional manner. Upon returning, he found that the work had hit an unexpected snag, but was immediately referred to someone who could complete the needed repairs more effectively, and no money was expected for the consult. Having someone local who is willing to work with people on short notice and be honest about their capabilities and helpful even when they don't personally gain from it is encouraging. We will happily work with this business in the future.

Since its a new business I paid the going rate, but the rates are very good. Better than renting an apartment for a few months just for my stuff when I'm out of town. I can leave everything and know it will be safe and secure in one of the small units. The reservation and set up is easy since I did it all through the website. I have my own key so I can go back and check on or get my stuff anytime, very convenient. I could see how students at the local SUNY schools, Clarkson or St. Lawrence would want to store their stuff here when they are out of town. Saves from having to rent an apartment.
