Never again will I buy a computer at a big box store- In the past saving a few bucks ultimatly left me with NO customer service and my computer eventually ended up here to be fixed. Since learning my lesson I have purchased two laptops with warranties here. Super fast FREE computer fixing if you buy your product here. These guys are good and care about you. They even give you a loaner if you buy there. If you need a repair they do great work but buy the computer there so you always have a real person to talk to on the phone or face to face. I just recently had the screen on my MacBook Pro replaced here. I was a little hesitant at first because they asked $652 ($529 for the part, $75 labor, plus tax). My biggest concern was the fact that they absolutely refused to tell me where the part came from and how much they paid for it (I wanted to make sure that the new screen wasn't coming from some knockoff Apple factory in China). However, the work that they did was vey thorough, and when I picked it up they did finally disclose where the part came from AND how much they paid for it. Overall, I would rate 4/5 only because it is a bit on the expensive side. read more

I have had an expensive printer that the lines keep drying up on and these guys keep saying we can fix it, but it will cost more than it's worth. BUT for the price of a cheap printer that wouldn't work as nice, they fix it and it works great for a long time. They are terrific!! Very caring. read more

well I bought a lap top from these people for $250 and have taken it back 3 times it would not stay on the internet at all. I called them ever time they said had to be my internet, 1 problem I had 2 lap tops 1 had no problem with so they for the fourth time sent it back well next day they called said it was fixed well picked it up now can't get on at all. they said I was using wrong key OMFG I told them used same one in other lap top still said it was me.
