I am a budding do-it-yourselfer and I have received a lot of carefully considered advice over the years. The younger staffers may not be as knowledgeable, but they will proactively ask if you need help with anything, which in my experience, is superior service compared to the young staff who seem to "hide out" in the bigger box stores!

Went in there to get glass cut for two frames. Told me they could do it. I waited around for almost…read morea hour. Turns out, no one was working who knew how to cut glass and they were unable to do it. Then I got a bit of attitude from a couple of employees when I asked for my frames back. They should have asked me to either come back another day or it would take a day or two and to come back and pick up the glass. Either would have been fine. No one apologized, no one was sympathetic. I actually just asked for a quote and they disappeared into the back with my frames. I think I'll take my business to the new Rona that just opened nearby.
