The sales rep, Julie, told me my new phone would cost me $150. Upon reading the agreement after (because they don't give you an opportunity to read it before signing and what sane person would sit in the store and do that anyways?) I discovered $40 per month worth of hidden fees and a 3 year commitment I was not told about. Upon trying to return the phone, I learned returning it would forfeit the phone I traded in, leaving me with no phone at all. Upon complaining to to customer service, I was told it was my fault for believing their sales rep. Avoid this company at all costs.
